Pre season ✅ PhD study 2 data collection ✅✅ Not sure who's idea it was to do a feeding based performance intervention but somehow managed to pull it off and only mildly scarred by weighing out weetabix! Now to analyse all this data and fuel the teams through the season 🫡

23-24 season done ✅ A season of highs and lows on the pitch, but unbelievable progress off it!

▪️49 education sessions
▪️40 match days
▪️3210 Squares bars
▪️3040 Yazoo's
▪️3 million tonnes of pasta (estimate)
▪️1 PhD study complete 

If anyone needs me for the next month I'll be on the beach doing absolutely nothing 😴 kidding, I've got another PhD testing day to prep...

🎅 Christmas coffee season is here! 🎅

Nothing says festive like a ginger bread latte & everyone loves it when the red cups come out! ☕

But if weight loss is your goal then these cups of joy might get in the way of your goals 🎯

They're usually:
⬆️Higher calorie
⬆️Higher fat
⬆️Higher sugar
than regular coffees ☕

But they do taste unreal & actually pack a pretty punch of protein too! 💪

So, one to be potentially be mindful of. But no ones being a Christmas Scrooge & telling you to avoid them all together.
