Teaching yoga outdoors means you can’t control everything.

The noise, people walking past, the weather, the city waking up around you - it’s a very different experience from being in a quiet studio.

Bodhi Sunrise talks about what he’s learned from teaching at sunrise on Barcelona’s pier, and how embracing those little disruptions can actually make the practice feel more real.

Because life isn’t quiet and predictable either. Sometimes you just have to work with what’s in front of you — and Bodhi is doing a pretty damn good job of it! 🌅
