My latest offer!

Whether you are in Göttingen (locally) or wherever in the world (online), now you have a great chance to get high quality coaching for almost too affordable price!

Why 6 months? I believe that it is the bare minimum, for you to start to see really meaningful changes, if you have neglected your health for years. It also makes you put a bit of skin in the game, which makes you work harder.

I have had clients get great results in 3 months already, but habit changes take time, since I don’t want to do some “fast diet” and have you lose all your results as soon as we stop. We want lasting results, which means real changes.

You can’t also change too many things at the same time, or it will just get too chaotic, and the changes of success drop drastically. We want doable change, even in the rush of work, family and life.

Contact me now here, by email, or by phone, to discuss more about your goals, and we can setup a free consultation session, to see how and if I can help you.

Luca Brasi sleeps with the fishes 🐟

My face looks like I’ve been on a bender. Don’t know why.

Gi has all the fun ways you can strangle your opponent with their own clothing. Been having fun with Ezekiel variations, Cross Collars and the Plastic Bag especially. You can get to them from basically anywhere.

The collar is like a rope that you tie around their neck. Everybody go night night!

Been doing this s**t since 2008, by just first starting to do it with my brother, not even by going to class, but to just try some s**t out you saw from UFC.

We just went to the Raksila Judo Gym that you could just go to the space if it was empty with like 2€ a time. Beat the s**t out of each other. Barely understanding anything, but starting to learn some movements. We mostly did grappling, because our mom would whoop our ass, if we would show up home all bruised up. She would give us a few more, because she don’t want us to become hooligans.

We did it multiple times, brought friends to do it as well. We also grappled in the Ice Hockey team’s off season training. I could see that even smallest knowledge about martial arts can make difference. I could easily beat my teammates, because just doing it so much with brother, who btw beat the living s**t out of me, all the time, every round.

Finally ended my “ice hockey career”, and joined finally for 3 basic courses, MMA, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. This was back in 2011. It was the best choice of my life. I enjoyed it all so much, but the constant head aches of being hit in the head, made me think I should stick to this Brazilian Jiu Jitsu thing. Save some of the few brain cells I have. Because you never go (enter Tropic Thunder quote).

It has had a lots of ups and downs, but it’s been an amazing journey. To have such passion for this sport, and to the way of martial arts, it’s been something truly remarkable to me. I think I’m a much better person because of it, and I’m getting to share my passion with other people. And the crazy thing is, they really seem to appreciate it.

I will keep testing, learning, teaching and sharing moments on the mats as long as I can. It’s truly a beautiful sport and all the great people you meet, makes it feel special. Thanks to everyone I have shared the mats with. Let’s keep rolling.

I love Mondays!

I think that’s a good marker of how much you like your life. I have heard it so many times from people “I hate Mondays…”. They live for the weekends and drink to sooth and forget, and then it’s time to rinse and repeat.

I mean I get it. I used to work at a job that made me want to just 🔫 myself, because I hated it so much. Monday was a day that marked, I have to do this again for 5 days straight, slowly killing me from the inside.

I made the change and quit. I decided that no matter what happens, it’s going to be better than this. Even though it’s risky, but also staying in this situation is a risk. So I decided to go without any signs of what will happen.

I found myself on a job I actually liked. I started to enjoy life way more and I was happy, calm and content. I get to do things that I enjoy, and people are happy to pay me for it.

Now, Mondays are just another chance to do things that I actually enjoy. I get a new week filled with things that I love to do. Sure weekends are nice and I enjoy them as well, but Monday is always a fresh start to do all those things again, and that’s why Mondays are great!

ILLCS Winter 2025

We head out in Hannover yesterday. Four fighters stepped on the mats and brought back two silver medals! 🥈🥈

fought four very tight matches. Good situations and a lot of movement in all of them, didn’t hesitate to pull the trigger. He got one nice Toe Hold counter leg lock finish as well. Sadly didn’t make it all the way, but fought really well, with most fights going into overtime.

Juan fought his way into the bronze match, but sadly lost that one. He fought really well especially for training even less than a year. Had one beautiful RNC win and went to overtime in the other ones. Had good chances to win in all matches, so with a few changes could have gone all the way.

who was already undersized for -64kg, went up to -70kg, so that she would get more than one match. She was getting sick two days before, but was just good enough to not cancel. She fought three tough matches, got a beatiful triangle finish and went into overtime also in the other matches. Only losing to the winner of the division, who was clearly bigger than her, she still came close to a RNC finish. Finishing in her first athletic competition ever, after 1 year of jiu-jitsu, in second place 🥈

Martin had two matches, winning his first by submission. The final went into overtime, he had a close armbar, but the oppopnent managed to slip away and escape faster. Finishing in 2nd place at Masters 🥈

This was only second time for people on our team to compete, so I’m very happy with the results. Everyone has got so much better in just one year of training, that it was amazing to see them perform.

One thing that was very great to see how calm everyone was under pressure. Even in bad situations, they kept their cool, and systematically started to fight their way out.

It’s cool to experience the highs and lows of the competition from the coach role as well. I think I will try to get back on the mats as well myself next year.

Thanks for the team members who just came to support and for taking the pics and videos!

UFC 322 was a historical night with two champ coming up a weight class, to try and get a second belt. One was successful, the other was not. Most times the lighter class champ has reigned supreme, but this time it seemed too much for Weili.

Great night of fights again, great performances, surprises, finishes and dominance. All that you can ask for. This is why I love fighting and have been into a rabbit hole in since seeing TUF 1, all those years ago.

All the other sports can’t compare. Fighting is brutal, tough, honest, hard physically and mentally like nothing else. Everyone who steps into a cage, to the mats etc. is to be treated with utmost respect. It’s a journey like no other. But it teaches you the skills to get through anything in life.

ASC BJJ is 1 years and 2 months old!

When we started we started everything from scratch. We didn’t have basically any members, and only few more experienced people. I had a vision, what I think is a good plan forward to create long term success and great athletes, but no real proof of how it will work out.

Now we are constantly growing and we are developing a good core group of 15-20 people, more who come less often. I believe certain things could help us grow even faster, but some things are out of my control.

The amount of improvement that our members have made is insane. In the beginning, since most were beginners, it looked pretty chaotic. But now, we have people who have done BJJ for about a year, some way less, and the level of the room is raising very rapidly.

I have heard about a saying that “truly concentrating on a specific task for 5 years, with smart plans, can make you world class”. I was maybe a bit skeptical before, even though a had fate in it, now I can see it.

We have people that at white belt, are doing many things better, than I have seen higher belts in some places. Of course every gym has their outliers, but I feel like that we grow really well as a group. Both the more experienced grapplers and the newbies are getting so much better.

I’m very excited to see how good people will be, after we have more time to develop!

Held a seminar back in Finland at

Focused on my opinion the most underdeveloped aspect of BJJ, the standing game. Most teach students just a takedown and hope they land it.

Many will shoot 30 times and get guillotined 28 and then will say, nah I pull guard. Leaving them discouraged to actually wrestle.

I think learning to be defensively responsible (forces the other one use real setups), the basics of gripping and motion, what are the main ways to setup your attacks is number one priority.

After that, you can combine them with any takedown you want. I prefer low effort, high control takedowns, since the takedown itself doesn’t score, holding them down does.

If you want to book me for more seminars, just DM me and we’ll set it up 🤙🏼
