# # # রমজানে ডায়াবেটিস নিয়ন্ত্রণের সহজ উপায়!

✅ ডাক্তারের পরামর্শ নিন– রোজা ও ওষুধের ডোজ সম্পর্কে পরামর্শ নিন।

✅ স্মার্ট খাবার নির্বাচন করুন :

- সেহরি: উচ্চ ফাইবার ও প্রোটিন সমৃদ্ধ খাবার (ওটস, ডিম, দই); লবণাক্ত খাবার এড়িয়ে চলুন।
- ইফতার: খেজুর ও পানি দিয়ে শুরু করুন, পরিমিত ও স্বাস্থ্যকর খাবার খান; ভাজা ও মিষ্টি খাবার এড়িয়ে চলুন।

✅ পর্যাপ্ত পানি পান করুন– ইফতার থেকে সেহরির মাঝে প্রচুর পানি পান করুন; ক্যাফেইনযুক্ত পানীয় এড়িয়ে চলুন।

✅ ব্লাড সুগার মনিটর করুন– নিয়মিত চেক করুন; খুব বেশি কমে বা বেড়ে গেলে রোজা ভেঙে ফেলুন।

✅ শারীরিক কার্যক্রম সামঞ্জস্য করুন– ভারী ব্যায়াম এড়িয়ে চলুন; ইফতারের পর হালকা হাঁটা উপকারী।

✅ সতর্ক সংকেত লক্ষ করুন :

- সুগার কমে গেলে: ঘাম, মাথা ঘোরা, কাঁপুনি → রোজা ভেঙে ফেলুন।
- সুগার বেশি হলে: অতিরিক্ত তৃষ্ণা, ক্লান্তি → প্রয়োজনে চিকিৎসা নিন।

উদাহরণ: একটি মানুষের শরীরে ট্রিলিয়ন কোষ থাকে, যেমন ত্বকের কোষ এবং পেশির কোষ।👨‍🎨

ডিএনএ: এমন একটি অণু যা বৃদ্ধি ও কার্যকারিতার জন্য জেনেটিক নির্দেশনা বহন করে।🧬
পার্থক্য: ডিএনএ হলো কোষের ভেতরে থাকা একটি রাসায়নিক পদার্থ, আর কোষ হলো একটি সম্পূর্ণ গঠন যা বিভিন্ন কাজ সম্পাদন করে।🔬🧪

ক্রোমোসোম: সুক্ষ্ম সুতোসদৃশ গঠন যা দৃঢ়ভাবে গঠিত ডিএনএ দ্বারা তৈরি এবং যা জিন বহন করে।
পার্থক্য: ক্রোমোসোম হলো কোষের নিউক্লিয়াসের ভেতরে থাকা একটি কাঠামো, আর ডিএনএ হলো সেই উপাদান যা দিয়ে ক্রোমোসোম তৈরি হয়।🔬

সংক্ষেপে: কোষের মধ্যে ক্রোমোসোম থাকে, ক্রোমোসোম ডিএনএ দ্বারা তৈরি, এবং ডিএনএ জেনেটিক তথ্য ধারণ করে।

আসসালামু আলাইকুম,

আমি ইসমত জাহান টিসা। বর্তমানে জার্মানিতে বায়োটেকনোলজির উপর মাস্টার্স করছি। পড়াশোনার পাশাপাশি আমি এখানে একটি রিসার্চ ইনস্টিটিউটে স্টুডেন্ট জব করছি এবং থিসিসের কাজ করছি।

এই পেজটি চালু করার মূল উদ্দেশ্য হলো আমার শেখার অভিজ্ঞতা ও যাত্রা সবার সঙ্গে ভাগ করে নেওয়া। আমি বাংলাদেশে একটি প্রাইভেট বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে ফার্মাসিতে ব্যাচেলর সম্পন্ন করেছি এবং এরপর জার্মানিতে মাস্টার্সের জন্য আবেদন করি। তবে, যেসব প্রোগ্রাম থেকে আমি অফার লেটার পেয়েছিলাম, সেগুলোর বেশিরভাগই ছিল জেনেটিক ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং, বায়োকেমিস্ট্রি ও বায়োটেকনোলজি বিষয়ক। যেহেতু আমার একাডেমিক ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ড ছিল ফার্মাসিতে, তাই এই নতুন ফিল্ডে শুরুতে পড়াশোনা করা বেশ চ্যালেঞ্জিং ছিল।

সেই সময় আমি ভাবলাম—আমার শেখার অভিজ্ঞতা যদি অন্যদের সাথে শেয়ার করি, তাহলে হয়তো অনেকের উপকার হতে পারে। বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে শেখা থিওরিটিকাল কনসেপ্ট থেকে শুরু করে ল্যাবের হাতে-কলমে কাজ পর্যন্ত, আমি যা কিছু শিখছি, তা সবার সঙ্গে ভাগ করে নিতে চাই।

আমি কোনো বিশেষজ্ঞ নই, এবং হয়তো সবকিছু নিখুঁতভাবে ব্যাখ্যা করতে পারব না। কিন্তু যদি কেউ আমার মাধ্যমে বায়োটেকনোলজি সম্পর্কে সামান্য কিছু শিখতে পারেন, তাহলে আমার পড়াশোনার পরিশ্রম সার্থক হবে। আমি নিজেও একজন শিক্ষার্থী, প্রতিনিয়ত শিখছি—আর আমি চাই, আমরা সবাই একসাথে শিখি! ❤️

I am Ismat Jahan Tisha, currently pursuing my Master’s in Biotechnology in Germany. Alongside my studies, I am working a student job and conducting my thesis at a research institute here.

The main reason for starting this page is to share my journey and experiences. I completed my Bachelor's in Pharmacy from a private university in Bangladesh and later applied for a Master’s in Germany. However, most of the programs I received offer letters from were based on subjects like Genetic Engineering, Biochemistry, and Biotechnology. Since my background was in Pharmacy, transitioning into this field was quite challenging, especially in the beginning.

That’s when I thought—why not share my learning process with others? From theoretical concepts taught in university to hands-on lab work, I want to document and share everything I am learning here.

I may not be an expert, and I might not explain everything perfectly, but if someone benefits even a little from my shared knowledge of biotechnology, I will consider my academic journey truly meaningful. After all, I am still a student myself, constantly learning—and I would love to learn together with all of you! ❤️
