Kung nakasinati ka og dali nga kakapoy, kalit nga pag-usab sa timbang, kusog o dili regular nga heartbeat, dili makaya ang kainit o katugnaw, o paghubag/pagkadako sa liog o GOITER, mahimong makatabang ang thyroid tests sa pag-evaluate sa imong kondisyon. Pakonsulta sa atong doctors, kay available na ang tests sa atoang infirmary!

.EARTHQUAKE LECTURE AND DRILL

July 6, 2026

As part of its continuing commitment to workplace safety and emergency preparedness, Buda Community Health Care Center (BCHCC) successfully conducted an Earthquake Preparedness Lecture followed by an Earthquake Drill on July 6, 2026.

The activity was attended by BCHCC staff and facilitated by the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) – 911 Division. Participants received valuable training on earthquake preparedness, hazard identification, emergency response, and proper evacuation procedures. The lecture was followed by a practical earthquake drill, where staff demonstrated the proper "Duck, Cover, and Hold" technique, orderly evacuation, and assembly procedures, allowing them to apply what they had learned and strengthen teamwork during emergency situations.

Through regular disaster preparedness activities, BCHCC continues to promote a culture of safety, resilience, and readiness, ensuring the protection of its patients, staff, and the communities it serves during emergencies.

Prepared today. Safe tomorrow.
