In the safe space of the women’s circle, we can be fully ourselves.

Come just as you are.
With what's alive in your life now.

Neither of us is better or worse. We're just at a different point of our journey, let's share our experience.

We meet to exchange our lives, feelings, thoughts, memories, problems and joys with other women.

For some women, this is the first time they can feel other women's support.

Often, saying your thoughts aloud, being heard or listening to another woman's story will allow you to see your life, your story from a new, different perspective.

An important goal of the gatherings is to open up, explore your feminine energy and get to know yourself through being with other women.

So we speak honestly about what is ours, what is triggered in us after others express themselves.
We talk, we cry, we laugh, we explore our needs, gratitude and dreams.

Hi in 2022!

I start this year with an invitation for all the women who want to jump into the New Year with a crew of other women, where in a safe space (in Copenhagen) we will explore together who we truly are and how to create healthy connections with others.

It's a call to women who are looking for answers to questions:

Who am I?
How do I want my life to be?

It’s a call to women who are truly interested in facing their weaknesses and exploring their power.

Winter bathing.

There’s no way to escape my pain when I’m sitting in the cold water. I feel the pain all over my naked body.
Finally, I have the chance to watch myself in the moment of stress, and consciously prevent myself from escaping it.

What is happening at this moment?

My mind is panicking, my body gets tense and alerted, my legs want to run away, I breathe fast, sometimes I scream. There’s a big release of adrenaline happening.
And I allow myself to be in this situation, do nothing, and try to understand that there's no danger in this discomfort.
That I can contain it,
survive it.

Stepping into cold water is not a nice feeling, but every single step I take is a decision to face the fear and discomfort.

Such training makes the discomfort more familiar, teaches me how to stay with difficult emotions, and makes me more open to being with the emotional pain.

One second after I get out of the cold sea, I feel much stronger in my body, mind and spirit.
And if feels so soooo good 🌚
