“With gratitude, I receive the gifts of nature.
May these herbs nourish my body, mind, and spirit.
I honor their healing power, and I embrace wellness within me.”

Before ingestion: Take a moment to breathe deeply and calm your mind.
- Hold the herbs in your hands or gaze at them.Reflect on their source and the natural processes that brought them to you.
- Repeat the mantra silently or aloud as you prepare and consume the herbs.

This practice can enhance the experience by promoting mindfulness and connection with the healing qualities of the herbs.

Ascension Blends was presented for the very first time to the public at the in Copenhagen today. I am beyond overwhelmed of the positive response and support shown from the people. Thank you so much for believing in the magic of herbs and making day 1 of the festival an inspiration for me to believe in my work and love for alternative healing. I must restock for tomorrow and Sunday, expecially on the beautiful herbal joints, but as it is all handmade, I will not be able to make the high demands and the orders will be shipped to you all ASAP. Looking forward for another adventure tomorrow. Thank you for today 🙏🌱

St. John’s Wort helps to calm anxious thoughts and feelings, as well as reduce paranoia and increase positive thinking.

Passionflower • Passiflora incarnata
The flavonoids and alkaloids in Passion Flower are believed to relieve anxiety and restlessness by modulating the GABA system. GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) is a neurotransmitter involved in regulating the body’s response to stress.
Effect: Relaxation and sedation.

Damiana • Turnera Diffusa
Known for stimulating libido and is often used as an aphrodisiac as well as a relaxant. 
Effect: Energy, and euphoria

Mullein • Verbascum Thapsus
Known for having sedative and relaxing properties to help calm feelings of anxiety.
Effect: Relaxation and mild sedation.

Chamomile • Matricaria Recutita
Research show that Chamomile aids in relaxation and inhibits stress and anxiety.
Effect: Anti-spasmodic and sedative.
