Who are you?

What will be your answer to this question?

Often, when I ask this question mostly I get a respond a long the lines of…

I’m a consultant, coach, teacher, xx Manager, CEO, CIO, CX..something, Partner, Equity partner and I could go on…

But Is that really who you truly are?

Often, and not because it is our intention, we define ourselves within the roles of the successful careers we have.
It becomes the identity of who we believe we are. But let me let you in on a secret,

Life is multidimensional and so is success!

Yes we have dreams, however busy being busy as we are, we run on autopilot and though we may know its isn’t sustainable, not having the tools to make the changes we really want, sometimes it takes an unfortunate and dramatic awakening, to realize what we may have missed and to start think about who we are and what we really want in our life?

But what if we didn’t have to wait for drama to hit!

With Easter time around the corner, let me invite you to Take a moment Right Here, Right Now, to reflect on the following ->

As many of you may or may not know after two decades of working in corporate business, 3 years ago I left to live out my dream, building my own Body Therapy and Coaching Business guiding people through clarity, to discover who they truly are and who they want to be as the foundation from where they can build and master a strong mental and physical health showing up in life as the person they truly want to be.

Conscious of where you are in life, note that there's a dissonance between who we think we are and who we really are.

As the one we think we are is reflected in how we show up in the world and in the result we make.
