Shambhala København Shambhala København er et fællesskab af mennesker der mødes om meditationspraksis. Vi holder en ugentlig åben meditationsaften hver tirsdag fra 19-21.

Shambhala International er et fællesskab bestående af mere end 170 centre og grupper. Vores mange meditationsformer er alle baseret på opmærksomhed og årvågenhed – populært kaldet mindfulness. Træningen består af en grundig introduktion til forskellige former for meditation gennem weekend og internatkurser. Shambhala København har eksisteret siden 1976.

This coming wednesday is our monthly open instruction Day and we start with instruction and sitting for one hour at 19.00 o’clock. Furthermore 3 High School GIRLS Will pay US a visit, to learn about our Way of practising meditation. The latter hour we Will leave time for discussion and Q/A about our core practice in Shambhala Copenhagen.
