Teachings of Love from Cotacachi

What is it in this life- but that we are all seeking connection and to be loved and loved deeply.

What a privilege to sit amidst conversation with someone you love dearly and to hear from both yourself and them, that there is nothing more to discuss other than that we both are fighting for something- to be valued, to be cherished, to be respected, and to be loved.

So why do we face disconnect?
Is it the shallowness of our ego?
Is it the humbling reality of our humanness?

What is love but the greatest cosmic force.

Do we disconnect because we love different?
Is it because we do not know how to cherish the differences of our love?
Or because we cannot connect the ways in which either of the other shows up in love?

And then what you do deem your ways of loving become meaningless in the others eyes. It is not enough.

What a contradiction- this missing of love. Like two parallel lines that won’t touch. Yet they are facing the same way.

What a life it is!

Where we are all seeking connection and to be loved and loved deeply.

What a beautiful thing- to die and be reborn in love.
