205 km to Santiago. 🥾✨

Sometimes the journey feels long… until you remember you don’t have to walk it all today.

You only have to put one foot in front of the other.

One step.
One breath.
One day at a time.

And somehow, those little steps become hundreds of kilometers, new memories, healing, strength… and a version of yourself you hadn’t met yet.

205 km to go. Santiago, I’m almost there! 💙✨

Today, the Camino asked me to do something a little different… rest. 🥾✨

A rest day in an old train station transformed into an albergue, ()a beautiful meal — quite possibly the best veal I have ever tasted — and a glass of w**e to help a very tired body unwind. 🍷

The days have been incredibly hot, the kilometres long, and my body has been reminding me that self-healing isn’t always about pushing forward.

Sometimes it’s about stopping.

Resting. Nourishing. Listening. Allowing the body to catch up with the spirit.

And somewhere along the way, I’ve crossed the halfway mark. 💛

There are still many kilometres ahead, but today I’m simply grateful for how far I’ve already walked — both on the Camino and within myself.

Self-care is part of the journey too. 🌿

Buen Camino. 💫

342.2 km to Santiago… but who’s counting? 😂🥾✨

The Camino has a funny way of reminding me that self-healing isn’t always about fixing something. Sometimes it’s simply about walking, breathing, laughing, noticing what’s around you… and letting go of a little more with every step.

Somewhere between the beautiful murals, tired feet, unexpected moments and many kilometers ahead, the journey keeps doing its quiet work. 💙

One step at a time. One lesson at a time. One lighter heart along the way.

342.2 km to go… Buen Camino! 🥾✨💫

A few days into the Camino… 🥾✨

Already, the road is offering little moments of magic — quiet paths, unexpected beauty, tired feet, and a grateful heart.

No need to rush. No need to know what’s ahead. Just walk… and let the journey unfold. 💫 Bien Camino

✨ Taking Time for Self ✨

Sometimes the evolutionary journey asks us to keep moving forward. And sometimes, it asks us to simply make space.

Space to step away from the familiar.
Space to listen.
Space to wander.
Space to reconnect with ourselves.

Today is a travel day. ✈️
A day somewhere between where I have been and where I am going.

As I make my way toward Lisbon and the beginning of the Camino, I’m reminded that taking time for ourselves isn’t stepping away from our journey…

It is part of the journey. 🌿 Here’s to following the path, one step at a time. 🥾✨

Maybe healthy living is also about staying curious. 🌿

I’ve spent a lot of time lately thinking about movement, self-care and what it really means to live a healthy life.
And I keep coming back to one thing…

Curiosity.

The willingness to try something new.
To take a different path.
To go somewhere we’ve never been.
To challenge ourselves just enough to discover what we’re capable of.

Not every adventure has to be big.

Sometimes it’s taking your first yoga class.
Getting back on a bicycle.
Walking a little farther than yesterday.
Exploring a new trail.
Or simply deciding that there is still so much of life you want to experience.

I don’t think healthy living is only about what we eat or how much we exercise. It’s also about continuing to be interested in life.
To move.
To rest.
To explore.
To learn.
To laugh.
To wonder.

And to keep saying YES when something inside us whispers… Go see what’s out there. ✨ My next “yes” is almost here. And this one has been calling me for quite some time. 🥾💛

MY Camino Portuguese begins soon!

Movement changes as we do… 🌿

Through the years, the way I move has changed.
There have been bicycles and yoga mats, hiking trails and mountains, quiet walks and adventures that have taken me farther than I ever imagined.

Some seasons I’ve moved for the challenge. Some for the joy. Some for strength and health. And sometimes… simply because being outside and moving makes me feel good.

I’ve learned that a healthy, active life doesn’t have to look the same at every age—or even every day. We change. Our bodies change. Our interests change.

So we adapt. We try something new. We slow down when we need to. We challenge ourselves when we can.
And hopefully, we never stop being curious about what might be around the next corner.

For me, movement has become another form of self-care—and one of my favorite ways to experience this beautiful world. 🌎💛

And now…

Those feet are about to take me on a very different kind of adventure. 🥾✨

The Camino is calling.

The other side of an active life… 🌿

I love being active. Hiking, yoga, traveling and exploring new places are all things that make me feel alive. But over the years, I’ve learned something equally important:

We need to make time for restoration, too. One of my favorite holistic therapies—both to give and to receive—is Reiki.

There’s something about allowing the body to slow down, letting go of what we’ve been carrying and simply giving ourselves permission to receive that I deeply appreciate. For me, healthy living isn’t about constantly doing. It’s about balance.

Move the body. Challenge yourself.
Go on the adventure. Climb the hill. 🥾

And then…

Rest. Restore. Receive.
Listen to what your body needs. 🌿

Self-care isn’t separate from an active lifestyle. It’s part of what makes an active lifestyle sustainable.

I’m learning more and more that wellness isn’t found at either extreme. It’s somewhere in the beautiful balance between movement and stillness. ✨
