GREEN MATTERS ECUADOR (GME) is a social and fair trade enterprise based in Ecuador. GME sources the best organic guayusa (amazing leaf replacement of coffee because is naturally packed with caffeine, better than green tea, with more than 50% of antioxidants and amino-acids), hand picked (wildcrafted) by different communities located around Limoncocha Biosphere Reserve and Archidona in the Amazon R

ainforest of Ecuador.

Our main goal is provide a better life style for all the families involve in the guayusa and cacao growing, creating opportunities for them with a reliable source of incomes from our worldwide exportations and the sale of different raw and added value products. Green Matters pay fair prices to the growers, they are distributed between 38 communities around the amazon rainforest in Ecuador and we work under the rules of the Fair Trade Federation practices. For us the social resposability is imperative. ​

We want to thank all our friends, clients and colleagues for their support throughout this year 2021, which was not easy for many people worldwide, it is still a challenge but if we did not live in a community, if we did not reach out, and if not they would then extend it to us, nothing of our undertaking would have come to the fore. Thanks to our farmer partner families, this year we reached 300 families!
We hope to increase that number by 2022 and be able to involve more people generating positive impacts for families, the community and the country. ✨💫🥂🫖🍃
