Each month we meet new faces and join in circle with familiar beings. Slowly building the connection to each other as we continue to deepen the relationship with ourselves.

An invitation to release, recharge, and restore. Embodying the energy of each full moon through movement and meditation.
Join us in a dancing circle each month near the Full Moon, a potent time for transformation and release. We will attune to the offerings of the full moon qualities and dive into them, reconnecting body and soul.
Guided by Tessa and Viola, we will move and meditate together, resetting the tone of our lives. This is an invitation and an opportunity to fully embody the you that is present in the now, and connect to the energy that pours from the cosmos each month.
The Full Moon Dance Circle is a substance-free ritual space where we can commune and transform together, our bodies, minds and souls. Everyone is welcome, in the spirit of respect for each other and the communal space. Come as you are and journey with us. We cannot wait to dance with you!
In the room there will be a rest and reflection corner, a space where you can breathe, journal, connect with others and pull oracle cards if desired.
