🏥 إنجاز طبي غير مسبوق في قلب صعيد مصر
**لأول مرة في محافظة بني سويف: إعادة بناء كاملة للفك السفلي بجراحة ميكروسكوبية معقدة**
في خطوة تؤكد ريادة **مستشفى جامعة بني سويف** وقدرتها على إجراء أدق الجراحات التخصصية، نجح فريق قسم جراحة التجميل والإصلاح في إجراء واحدة من أصعب العمليات الميكروسكوبية، تحت
*إشراف ومتابعه أ.د/ وائل الشاعر** – رئيس قسم جراحة التجميل والإصلاح.
📌 تفاصيل تلك الجراحة :
تمت إعادة بناء الفك السفلي لمريض في العقد الخامس من عمره، كان يعاني من تبعات ورم قديم أدى لفقد عظام الفك وانكشاف الشرائح الترميمية. تم التدخل باستخدام تقنية **(Mandibular reconstruction by osteocutaneous free fibular flap)**، وهي عبارة عن نقل شريحة جلدية عظمية "حرة" من عظمة الشظية بالساق اليسرى لزراعتها في الفك وتوصيلها ميكروسكوبياً.
# # # 👨‍⚕️ الفريق الطبي المعاون
أُجريت الجراحة بسلاسة تامة بفضل تكاتف فريق الجراحات الميكروسكوبية بقيادة:
* **د/ عبدالرحمن جمال زكي** (مدرس واستشاري جراحة التجميل والإصلاح - والممارس حالياً بمستشفى Bedford Hospital ببريطانيا).
* بمشاركة جميع المدرسين المساعدين والأطباء المقيمين بالقسم.
