✨️Low dietary calcium induces parathyroid hormone release, which increases bone resorption and osteoporosis risk.

✨️Insufficient Vitamin D decreases intestinal calcium absorption and contributes to decreased bone mineral density.

✨️About 30–50% of bone volume is protein matrix: collagen, then low protein intake can impair bone strength and increase fracture risk.

✨️Magnesium supports vitamin D activation, while vitamin K is necessary for osteocalcin carboxylation, allowing efficient calcium binding in bone.

✨️High sodium intake increases urinary calcium excretion, which weakens the bone.

✨️Never ignore gut- bone axis as microbiota affects mineral absorption and bone turnover.

ثانيا لو شايف الحل في إنك تقطع الأكل فأنت هتدخل في توتر وقلق بس من كتر ماشايف الميزان ثابت أو يمكن بيزيد وإنت ياعيني حارم نفسك حرمان يزهق.
