🔬 Hands-On Laparoscopy Training: Dry Lab & Wet Lab Experience 🔬

The true mastery of laparoscopy comes through practice.

Following the scientific sessions, participants moved to an intensive hands-on training program designed to translate knowledge into surgical skill. Through structured dry lab exercises, attendees practiced camera navigation, depth perception, hand-eye coordination, precision movements, and laparoscopic suturing techniques.

The experience was further enhanced through wet lab training on goat tissue models, providing a realistic environment for tissue handling, dissection, suturing, knot tying, and operative skill development under expert supervision.

This immersive training experience allowed participants to gain confidence, improve dexterity, and strengthen the essential skills required for modern minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.

🎓 Day 1 – Laparoscopy Workshop Scientific Sessions 🎓

Knowledge is the foundation of surgical excellence.

The first part of our Laparoscopy Workshop brought together participants for a series of comprehensive lectures covering the fundamental and advanced principles of minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.

Attendees explored key topics including laparoscopic instrumentation, ergonomics, operating room setup, energy sources, surgical safety, complication prevention and management, and the latest advances in laparoscopic techniques. Interactive discussions and expert insights provided participants with the theoretical framework necessary for safe and effective surgical practice.

🩺 Ultrasound Workshop Highlights – From Knowledge to Practice 🩺

A truly enriching experience at our FORGE 2026 Conference as participants embarked on a comprehensive Ultrasound Workshop that seamlessly combined scientific learning with hands-on skill development.

The workshop began with a series of engaging lectures covering the essential principles and clinical applications of ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology. Participants explored topics including image optimization, fetal and gynecologic assessment, Doppler studies, ultrasound interpretation, and practical approaches to everyday clinical scenarios.

Building upon this strong theoretical foundation, attendees then transitioned to interactive hands-on training sessions, where they had the opportunity to practice probe handling, image acquisition, anatomical assessment, fetal measurements, and Doppler techniques under the guidance of expert faculty.

The combination of evidence-based lectures and practical scanning experience created a dynamic learning environment, allowing participants to enhance their diagnostic skills, gain confidence, and strengthen their ability to deliver high-quality patient care.
