5 خطوات بسيطة تقلل جفاف الأنف في الصيف 💧

لو بتقضي وقت طويل في التكييف أو الجو الحار، فالخطوات دي هتساعدك تحافظ على ترطيب الأنف:

💧 1. اشرب كمية كافية من المياه
الحفاظ على ترطيب الجسم بيساعد كمان في الحفاظ على رطوبة الأغشية المبطنة للأنف.

❄️ 2. تجنب التعرض المباشر لهواء التكييف
خصوصًا لفترات طويلة، لأنه من أكثر أسباب جفاف الأنف.

🌬️ 3. قلل التعرض للهواء الجاف قدر الإمكان
ولو الجو جاف جدًا، حاول تزود نسبة الرطوبة في المكان.

🚭 4. ابتعد عن الدخان والأتربة
لأنها بتزيد تهيج وجفاف بطانة الأنف.

🌊 5. استخدم بخاخًا مرطبًا بماء البحر
للمساعدة في الحفاظ على ترطيب الأنف وراحته، خاصة إذا كنت تعاني من الجفاف بشكل متكرر.

مع ارتفاع درجات الحرارة، والتعرض المستمر للتكييف، وقلة شرب المياه، مش البشرة بس اللي ممكن تعاني من الجفاف... الأنف كمان بيتأثر.

بطانة الأنف الطبيعية بتحتاج تفضل رطبة باستمرار، لأنها بتساعد في:
✅ترطيب الهواء قبل دخوله للرئتين.
✅ تقليل الإحساس بالجفاف وعدم الراحة.
✅ دعم الحاجز الطبيعي للأنف في مواجهة الأتربة والملوثات والميكروبات.

لكن لما الأنف يجف، ممكن تبدأ تظهر أعراض زي:
