Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic, results-driven, and experienced District Manager to lead our Nutrition Line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Medical Representatives, driving sales growth, managing territory performance, and strengthening relationships with key healthcare professionals and accounts.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Science, Medicine, or a related field
• Proven track record of success as a District Manager in the pharmaceutical, nutrition, healthcare, or a relevant industry
• Previous experience in the Nutrition market is highly preferred
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Strong business acumen with the ability to implement effective regional sales strategies
