This time it's organised in Cairo, right in the heart of the Eastern Mediterranean region, in one of the oldest cities in the world. IFMSA-Egypt is honoured to invite you to join us in February 2015 to work on one of the most important recent health topics: Universal Health Coverage, which was highlighted by Dr Margaret C

han, WHO Director-General, as the single most powerful concept that public health has to offer. The challenges and opportunities for Universal Health Coverage have been found to be common to all countries in the Eastern Mediterranean Region, although to varying extent, which reflects the need for efforts to enhance universal health care across the entire Region to bring the hope of better health equity and protection from poverty for hundreds of millions of people.
