Inferior MI causes low Right ventricle output due to weak contractility.. leading to deacreased cardiac output
Giving dinitra causes venous dilation and pooling of blood in venous side .. leading to deacreased preload and and further decreased cardiac output
فالعيان يموت من profound hypotension
