A complex wrist case with a history of chronic pain and significant degenerative changes, managed surgically with Sauvé-Kapandji procedure for the DRUJ and Proximal Row Carpectomy to preserve wrist function while reducing pain.

Despite surgery, the patient continues to experience persistent wrist pain during daily activities and even at rest.

MWM using a medial glide has consistently provided the greatest symptom relief, producing an immediate reduction in pain while improving wrist mobility and overall hand function.
