Out for the evening for a few drinks with the family.
👁️ nice and simple on my eyes with a full eye lid covering of CASHEW a lovely satin shade in a mute beige, highlighted by OATMEAL, a soft cream over the eye lid

☺️ Self Care Sunday 🧖🏻‍♀️My recipe for a revitalising morning 🌅

A enjoyable quiet morning on the balcony while everyone else was sleeping.

A soak of my feet in warm water followed by
🦶 self foot massage with FOOT SMOOTH exfoliating both my 🙌 and 👣, leaving them feeling smooth, refreshed and revitalised.

🦶 all finished with REPAIRING FOOT REMEDY

🧘 then my 20 minute stomach and hip mobility exercises. Got to keep the mechanics of my 4 year old hip working 😊

🧖🏻‍♀️ then 30 with my 📖 (highly recommend by the way!) and HYDROGEL GACE MASK. Flooding my skin with collagen-enhancing peptides and quenching botanicals to boost my cellular renewal, smooth those pesky lines and hydrate 💦 😊

Feeling fully revitalised ☺️
