• Every Tuesday: Soltarse Full Body Dance Workout
Shake off stagnant energy and ground yourself in joy. This dynamic, freeing movement practice is designed to help you let go and reconnect with your wild, untamed essence.
• Every Thursday: Hatha Yoga
Return to the roots of yoga. Find balance through intentional postures, deep breathwork, and mindful alignment to create stability and peace within.

• 9D Breathwork Sessions

• October 11th: Sacred Singing Circle
For the very first time, we are gathering in a circle to open our hearts and voices together. No singing experience required—just a willingness to connect, share, and vibrate in unison.

And a breath and breakfast on the 18th.
Waking up with an Alchemy Soundhealing, gentle breathing and a healthy breakfast. Connect, recharge and most of all relax on an easy Sunday morning.
