➡️ Glucose spikes after carbs?

➡️ Weight loss that gets harder?

➡️ Feeling tired by 4pm?

➡️ Cravings hit by 5pm?

No, it's not age, stress or hormone lottery 🚫

It's that your body is starving of⚡️glucose:

insulin resistance = your body is struggling to absorb energy (glucose) correctly

most people try to fix this by starving themselves even more:

❌️ calorie deficits
❌️ low carb
❌️ using fat & protein to avoid carbs & calories

Babe, that's making it worse.

Keeping your metabolism slow.

Forcing you to burn less calories.

🤏🏻 Starvation always leads to holding onto weight MORE to survive.

Anyone can fix this in 12 weeks:

You body needs the right fuel so it can burn:

🔥 more glucose
🔥 more carbs
🔥 more calories

And since Insulin Resistance = Carbohydrate Intolerance…

…how do you think your carb tolerance will improve if you avoid carbs and under-fuel?

It’s simple:

your body is holding onto weight / glucose out of survival because it’s not nourished with enough of the right fuel

➡️ so give your body what it needs so it can release what it doesn’t need

SAVE MY CHECKLIST:

🌱 enough fibre: at least 45g per day

💧enough water: at least 2L per day

🍎 enough fruit: at least 7 portions per day

🍠 enough healthy carbs: at every meal

But first ⚠️

to eat carbs without high glucose, you need to fix your Carb Tolerance

Your problem is not willpower, it's your fuelling

Even if you want to lose weight or reduce glucose:

✨️ you still need 1800-2500 calories per day ✨️

MINIMUM. Why?

Because under-eating leads to:

❌️ survival mode activation
❌️ nutrient deficiencies

➡️ both make us hold onto fat reserves more

👉🏻 your body always chooses survival
..even if that means more insulin resistance + fat

So if you starve yourself all day by only eating 800 calories by 4pm, OF COURSE survival mode gets activated and you get:

➡️ intense hunger
➡️ cravings for foods that promote fat storage
➡️ exactly when your body is primed to store fat

How to break that cycle?

1️⃣ eat at least 600 calories at breakfast and lunch

2️⃣ hyper nourishment: when your body has every thing it needs, it can release what it doesn't need. Hit your nutrient goals: fruit + veg at every meal.

3️⃣ Increase your Carbohydrate Tolerance by learning how to make your body process carbs and calories better:

Hi 👋🏻 I'm Nicola, I'm a nutritionist specialised in reversing insulin resistance with a high-carb diet.

No calorie deficits. No carb restriction. Just teaching your body to process glucose correctly.

Result = your insulin works worse and you can’t process carbs without high glucose
. and isn’t that the whole reason you’re over-eating fat and protein in the first place? 🤔

Yep, it’s a cycle.

Here’s how to break the cycle in 3 steps:

1️⃣ Fix your Carb Tolerance

That way you can eat carbs with perfect glucose. Comment “masterclass” for a FREE guide.

2️⃣ Eat 45g fibre per day

Helps your insulin work better and promotes healthy weight loss.

3️⃣ Last meal 4+ hours before bed

Finishing digestion before sleep keeps your glucose stable at night.

Why restriction increases insulin resistance, glucose levels AND weight gain ⬇️

Because insulin resistance is:

➡️ the root of high blood glucose

➡️ the root of unwanted weight gain

And IR = when your body is not processing or accessing energy (glucose) correctly

This causes: survival mode 😨

= insufficient energy and nutrients makes the body hold onto weight MORE in the long term to survive

Sure, in the short term you can reduce numbers temporarily with starvation and restriction...

But with time, your body learns to burn fewer calories (to survive) and processes glucose less effectively.

But anyone can change that with 3 steps:

1️⃣ HYPER NOURISHMENT

Give your body everything it needs so it can release what it doesn't need

2️⃣ EAT AT LEAST 80% PLANTS

Plants contain fibre, protein, carbs, fats & nutrients in perfect proportion to help insulin work better

3️⃣ RE-PROGRAM YOUR CARB TOLERANCE
