I’ve recently started receiving messages from the Galatic Federation of Light and the message that came through today is that we are integrating new higher energies received through the recent solar storms. It’s really important to keep your vibration high at the moment in order to integrate these energies, or you will find your ascension process much more difficult.

I feel like I’ve been on ‘pause’ the last few weeks. There has been a lot going on energetically and many of us have been having huge releases and shifts, especially relating to blockages in the heart chakra. The solar storms and masses of energy coming in have been assisting in this process. Integrating this energy can be exhausting and often needs us to slow down and take time to process it.

I attended a beautiful women’s circle a few days ago and it was divine timing as it gave me a safe space to share with my sisters what I’d been experiencing and receive comfort and support. Thank you to the beautiful .kriya.yoga .to.shine .teunissen for facilitating this 💕

It is becoming abundantly clear to me that the feminine energy is rising rapidly, and so many people are stepping back into their power and spreading their magick.

As has been well documented, women have historically been punished and tortured for sharing their witchy gifts. I personally remember several past lives like this, including being buried alive, which explained my subconscious fear of being trapped and my fear of sharing my gifts!

We are releasing a lot of this karmic debt now and it is allowing us to step back into the light, speak our truth and be unapologetically us. Bring on the ascension 🔥

This is me feeling super happy today! I’ve actually been doing more work in my own Akashic Records and it’s been allowing me to move forward with my business..putting myself out there, feeling more confident and empowered and becoming a clearer channel.

It’s taken time for me to feel like this but we’re all working at our own pace and have different things to release.

We all have both light and dark of ourselves, each being as important as the other and that should be embraced.

As children we are often taught that certain emotions should be suppressed, such as a little boy being told not to cry and toughen up, potentially leading him to hide his sensitive side and not share his emotions. Hiding parts of ourselves leads to creating a ‘shadow’ side, and the more we try to bury this, the more power it has over us.

By paying attention to our repeating patterns, highlighted in our Akashic Records, and noticing what triggers us, we can become aware of our wounds and our shadow and break the cycle.

I love this 'healing song' from Jan Spiller's book 'Astrology for the Soul', it really resonates with me. I think we can all benefit from connecting with our inner child and discovering who she is and what she wants.
