Grateful for all the lovely women who I met in my first Prenatal Yoga series offering in Estepona. It’s been a pleasure to guide you through this very exciting journey of motherhood, and I hope that you all walk away feeling empowered and safe and more connected with your body and baby. This will be the beginning of many things that you will be doing together as mother-and-baby, and I hope you continue to trust yourself and your decisions. Let your maternal instinct bloom, and you will surprise yourself in many different ways!

In Spain, they say “to give birth” as “dar a luz” which literally means “to give light” and I think that’s a most beautiful thing. Doesn’t it perfectly capture the moment when you bring a new life into the world?

✨New Prenatal Yoga course starting this Friday in Estepona. Please DM me for more information.✨
