My Ryder Jaxon, my third baby, my last baby, and the little soul who completed our family 🤍

It’s funny how every child gives you a completely different experience of motherhood. You love them all sooooo much , so fully, and so obsessively m, but each relationship and experience feels completely different and entirely its own.

The first changes you, the second stretches you. And the third… somehow brings everything together in a way that’s hard to explain.

Seven and a half years into motherhood, I’ve learned a lot. This season is definitely the busiest, loudest, most full-on chapter yet, with the ages, the dynamics, sleep deprivation, and the endless to-do lists making mental, physical and emotional energy at its peak…..but also the fullest my heart has ever been.

Three little humans, three completely different loves, but somehow, with every child, life just gets richer 🤍

A moment of reflection while I had a small pause in London and took a quiet step back from Instagram.

At 43, as a mom of 3 little ones, I’m learning this…

Life isn’t guaranteed tomorrow. So I’m choosing to slow down and actually live it.
Savour the moments with my kids, loved ones, and favorite people.
Be present, be intentional and check in.
Say the things I want to.
Start and end my day with gratitude, even for the small stuff.
Focus on my small wins.
Protect my inner peace and energy, not everything deserves access to me.
Choose joy where I can, and be honest about what drains me.

Make time for soul food…
Girls’ dinners, deep chats, walks, trips, laughter….The kind of connection that fills me back up.

Make soul care a non-negotiable, like a healthy diet.
Pray. Meditate. Breathe. Reflect. Energy healing. Journal. Appreciation lists. New moon rituals. Crystal therapy. Pulling angel cards.

Give without expecting anything back.

And don’t dim your light and sparkle ✨ ever…
This this is your reminder, you’re allowed to glow up at any stage, and be in your prime after having kids.Look good, feel good, and vice versa—but more importantly… know who you are.

Motherhood isn’t the end of me… it’s an expansion of me.🥰✨💫
