Rise with the Sun: Summer Solstice Sunrise Yoga Experience 🌞🌊✨

A 75-minute guided sunrise experience on the beach, created to honour the Summer Solstice - The longest day of the year, when we experience the most daylight as the sun reaches its highest point.
We’ll move through a flowing sun salutation practice as the sun rises, guided by breath, movement & the rhythm of the ocean. The experience closes with a quiet moment of reflection and an affirmation card to anchor your intention for summer.

Today, we opened Studio Six 💛

To have an idea & bring it to life over these last few months has been a dream come true. And to see that space filled today with such positivity & light as we moved through our very first practice together was truly special.

Thankful for each & every message of encouragement & kind word & also to Jordie, the other half of Studio Six, who I couldn’t imagine doing this without.

I can’t wait to welcome you to this cosy sanctuary in the heart of the Old Town of Jávea - Between the Mountain & the Sea.

*Opening Class* Sunday: Slow Flow at 10:00AM
Monday: Restorative Yoga at 19:00PM
Thursday: Vinyasa Flow at 10:00AM

From Monday 1st June, all classes will be at 8AM - Monday, Wednesday & Saturday throughout June.
