💧 DON’T WORRY… IT HAPPENS! 😅🔧

Drilled into a water pipe while doing some DIY? You’re definitely not the first!

It happens more often than you’d think, especially when you’re putting up shelves, cupboards, pictures or doing a bit of work around the house.

And before you feel too bad… plastic water pipes can be incredibly difficult to detect behind walls and tiles. There’s often no way of knowing exactly where they are.

📸 The photos below show what happened here:
➡️ Before: The damage caused by the leak
➡️ After: Pipe repaired and the area made good
➡️ The culprit: That innocent-looking screw went straight into the water pipe! 😬

The important thing is don’t panic. Turn the water off and give us a call. We can locate the leak, repair the pipe and get everything back to normal.

Our customer wanted a larger kitchen worktop installed, but the existing boiler position was taking up valuable space. We relocated the boiler and altered the pipework to keep everything neat, tidy, and safely positioned to one side.
