Most people practise lunge as a hip opener. A way to stretch the hip flexors, strengthen the legs, and improve mobility. And while that’s true, there is another layer to this shape that often goes unnoticed. Beyond physical, we are connecting here with our house of creativity, abundance, please and joy. house and qualities of Water element. Water also teaches us how to move around obstacles rather than force our way through them. How to adapt, how to flow. How to create new possibilities when the old way no longer works. This is why working with the hips can feel surprisingly emotional at times. The body isn’t only releasing physical tension. This is why I love to create my own practise and practise for my clients, in the framework, concept of the elements. It dives so much deeper, beyond surface practise. The next time you step into a lunge, notice what you’re opening beyond your hips. You might discover that the practice is teaching you far more than a stretch ever could. If you’d like to explore yoga as a practice that supports not only your body but also your inner growth, I’d love to welcome you to my online classes or one o my upcoming retreats, link in bio

It’s not about escaping , it’s about coming back to your inner peace.

One of the biggest misconceptions about retreats is that they are a form of escapism. But the people who join us are not running away from their lives.

It’s a conscious pause.
A chance to step away from your usual environment and give your nervous system something it rarely receives- space and the best conditions.

Change of the landscape, nature, daily holistic practices, nourishing organic food, meaningful conversations, a community of women arriving with the exact same intention.

Because sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is stop trying to push forward and allow yourself to come back home to yourself.

Join us this October in peaceful land of Imsouane for a 6 days of reset, rejuvenation and nature. To book, hit the link in bio!

Most people travel to see the world and tick off places.

Conscious travelers travel to experience it.

For a long time, I approached travel the same way many people do, moving quickly from one place to another, checking destinations off a list.

No significant impact on my life and perception, just another holiday, that already left me thinking about another holiday, because there was a part of me that was deeply unfulfilled.

Years later, as I followed my yoga/spiritual/growth (until nowadays I have no clue how to call it haha) journey I also started to take different approach to travel

Instead of rushing, I slowed down. Instead of looking only at landmarks, I started observing people.

How daily life unfolded in places completely different from my own.

I’m not gonna say this was always within my comfort zone, but this kind of moments and experiences created a space for reflections.

It’s actually crazy how this broadens your perspective and challenges paradigms.

That is what conscious travel is really about.

It’s choosing to move through the world with awareness, intention, and an open heart.

We discover new perspectives, new inspiration.

New possibilities for ourselves.

Conscious travel teaches us that the world is not something separate from us.

It helps us feel connected to people, cultures, nature, and ultimately to ourselves.

✨ Have you ever had a travel experience that changed the way you see the world?

Sometimes, the constant noise of everyday life makes it hard to hear ourselves.
A meaningful journey gives us the space to slow down, and step away from the pressure of routines and expectations.
It creates the distance we need to see our reality with greater clarity and perspective.
In the stillness, our minds become quieter, our priorities feel clearer, and we reconnect with what truly matters. That’s when we realize that the peace we were searching for wasn’t somewhere else ,it was always within us.

Join us in Imsouane, October 21-26, a retreat to pause and gain new perspective through slow living 🌊✨

This trip isn’t a place for ticking off attractions in a rush.
It’s a place for slowing down and savouring life
For unhurried mornings, with coffee overlooking the ocean, for being closer to yourself, nature, and what truly matters.
Yoga, Sound healing, meditations, flavors, sunsets, and the space .Plenty of space.
If you feel like you need to step out of the „more, faster” mode for a moment, this retreat is for you.
Slow life. Savoring the moment. 🌊🐪🧘🏻‍♀️🇲🇦

The problem isn’t always the number of tasks.
Often, it’s that your body never leaves standby mode.
And even rest doesn’t bring relief, because you actually feel guilty that you rest. Rest isn’t productive enough.

If you feel like you’re running on empty today, it’s not a lack of motivation. It’s an overloaded system that doesn’t have time to shut down.

Stop for a moment and see what’s really weighing you down, not just in the tasks, but in your body, in your life.

Because sometimes the greatest luxury isn’t more.
Just the opportunity to be present and enjoy the moment for a moment, not have to do anything ✨

Sometimes the magic solution is to give yourself chance to stop and relax. It’s a choice.
And I know that we live in the world where productivity and life optimisation is a very big trend while doing nothing is considered waste of time. So we miss the bigger picture.
Taking our bodies and its health for granted.
Until we can’t carry on like this anymore, being forced to stop with illness or burnout.

Don’t miss the bigger picture, create time for what’s truly important.

Sometimes to travel, is not to find something. But to finally stop running.

At the end of my month-long journey through Morocco, I arrived in Essaouira. I had to sit with the ocean. Or rather that space in-between ocean and dunes, where there is nowhere to go and nowhere to hide..
I had to look into the “mirror”, see the reflecion.

That place where you just allow your self to b, as you are, in this very moment. Without trying to change anything about anything. Just be.

Essaouira felt like Wonderland. And I felt like Alice, that’ falling deeper and deeper. Sensual, mystical, playful like the Divine Feminine Energy

Things, places, people appearing at exactly the right moment.
Coincidences that didn’t quite feel like coincidences.
Transformation doesn’t always arrive through grand breakthroughs.
Sometimes it arrives in between the lines, during a walk by the ocean, while you wait for your tea, wait for the bus.

This October, we’ll visit Essaouira as part of our Slow & Sound retreat in Imsouane.
Not to tick another destination off a list. But to create space for a deeper meeting with ourselves. Allowing the magic to happen.
Because there are places you don’t simply visit. There are places that open something within you.
