🎉 Celebrating the official close of Wisdom Ventures Fund II at $77.7M — significantly oversubscribed from our original $50M target.

A friend reminded me yesterday that what we are building is not about walking a paved path but carving new corridors into the world; where success, technology, wisdom, well-being, and human flourishing can strengthen one another. It’s so true! We are already beginning to see the power of that possibility with our fund I investments.

🌟 Exciting Update! 🌟
We had the privilege to hear from Ruchika Sikri at South Summit 2023 in Madrid, and her session was a true discovery! 🌍

Ruchika shared her insights on the evolving financial world, highlighting the importance of conscious investing and opening up avenues for mission-driven initiatives. It's incredible to witness how different outcomes are being pursued through these transformative approaches. She is following her life's purpose and mission to create a better world by supporting globally accessible mindfulness, compassion and wellness platforms. She is currently advising several start-up founders and non-profits who are innovating in this space. She had a successful corporate career of 25+ years at Google, Microsoft, Cisco and other tech companies.

As participants in South Summit, we are excited about the possibilities of joining forces with Ruchika and her team in the near future. Together, we can make a significant impact on the healthcare landscape.

Stay tuned as we review the potential collaborations and explore new horizons. The future is bright, and we're eager to embrace it!

Last 2 weekends were power packed with engaging and supporting 2 non-profits close to my heart

1. Health (akhilahealth.org) brings wellness to women living in homeless shelters — the organization has grown to a team of 25 volunteers in 2 years.

… and…

2. Mindful Life Project bringing mindfulness in the most innovative ways to the students in schools — their direct service program is now serving 50,000 students (yes you read that right!)
