Your skin is built from what you repeatedly provide your body 🌿

Every single day your body is trying to repair, regulate, and protect.

But it cannot do that without the raw materials required for those processes 🧬

Minerals, vitamins, fatty acids — these are not “extras”.
They are literal building blocks of skin integrity.

This is why nourishment plays such a powerful role in eczema healing ✨

Not as a quick fix, but as daily biological support.

What’s interesting is that many people immediately jump to supplementation 💊 — which absolutely has its time and place, don’t get me wrong.

Happy February! Im going into this month refreshing my mind of the produce that is currently avaiable and fresh.

Eating seasonally supports our body’s natural rhythm — the foods available now are richer in warming, nourishing qualities, help digestion in colder months, and provide exactly what our energy and immune system need at this time of year. It’s a way of working with your body, getting closer to nature and aligning our ryhmths with the environemnt around us.

Think warming soups, roasted winter veggies, fresh citrus juice, and simple meals that feel grounding rather than complicated.

Seasonal eating doesn’t have to be perfect or restrictive — it’s about letting what’s available guide you, adding brightness where winter feels heavy, and nourishing yourself in a way that feels supportive right now.
