I’m officially a permanent resident of the European Union! 🇪🇺✨
Feeling deeply grateful to Sandoval Nessi for guiding me through every step and making this possible, and to my partner Brando Carlos , who loved me without conditions and stood by me through this journey. 🙏🏼❤️
I love my home...
the United States...
and Northern Arizona will always be home in my heart ...those roots shaped who I am.
And yet, I’m profoundly grateful for my Spanish residencia, a privilege I don’t take lightly.
Being able to move across borders, build a life abroad, and be welcomed into a new community is something I hold with deep humility.
This milestone has made me reflect on the millions of people who migrate not out of choice, but out of necessity...in search of safety, dignity, opportunity, or simply a place to call home.
My heart especially goes out to immigrants everywhere, including my own mother who once made that brave journey herself. 🌎💛
Her story ..and so many others.. reminds me that migration is not just a political issue; it’s a deeply human one.
Behind every visa, every border crossing, every policy debate, there are families, dreams, sacrifices, and hopes for a better future.
As I celebrate this moment, I’m also thinking of those who face barriers I never had to face.
May we all push for systems that treat immigrants with compassion, fairness, and respect ... because no one should have to fight for their humanity. ✊🏼💙
Here’s to new chapters, open doors, and a world that welcomes people instead of fearing them🙏🏼
