So, I travelled to Vera Playa. My first client was a little late but I made up the time and was 10 minutes late for my 4pm. I messaged them to apologise and said I was on my way. They cancelled me, said they had another commitment at 6pm.
I'm mobile! If I turned up at 4pm to do 2 x 60 minute massages, how did they expect to be ready for 6pm?? I have to set up, change the couch between clients, have a 5 minute break, massage the second person, pack up. I'm not superhuman.
But, parked by where they are staying who did I see? Both of them heading to the beach. They saw me. I made sure they did......Grrrr!
I've blocked them now. I don't need people messing me about. Fortunately 99% of my clients are wonderful, lovely people. SO frustrating!!!!!! I told them not to waste my time again
And I shall use this as a learning experience, making it crystal clear to anyone who books me, that the massage is 60 or 90 minutes, then I also have to set everything up and put it all away again. I thought it was common sense. Every client I've had in the past year understood this, but apparently some people don't so I'll add it to my preparation list on the website

Entonces, viajé a Vera Playa. Mi primer cliente llegó un poco tarde, pero recuperé el tiempo y llegué 10 minutos tarde a mi cita de las 4pm. Les envié un mensaje para disculparme y les dije que estaba en camino. Me cancelaron, dijeron que tenían otro compromiso a las 6pm.
¡Soy móvil! Si llegué a las 4pm para hacer 2 masajes de 60 minutos, ¿cómo esperaban que estuviera listo para las 6pm?? Tengo que preparar todo, cambiar la camilla entre clientes, tomar un descanso de 5 minutos, masajear a la segunda persona, recoger todo. No soy sobrehumano.
Pero, estacionado cerca de donde se están quedando, ¿a quién vi? Ambos se dirigían a la playa. Me vieron. Me aseguré de que lo hicieran......¡Grrrr!
Los he bloqueado ahora. No necesito que la gente me tome el pelo. Afortunadamente, el 99% de mis clientes son personas maravillosas y encantadoras. ¡Qué frustrante!!!!!! Les dije que no me hicieran perder el tiempo otra vez.
Y usaré esto como una experiencia de aprendizaje, dejando muy claro a cualquiera que me reserve, que el masaje es de 60 o 90 minutos, y que luego también tengo que montar todo y guardarlo de nuevo. Pensé que era de sentido común. Todos los clientes que he tenido en el último año entendieron esto, pero aparentemente algunas personas no lo hacen, así que lo agregaré a mi lista de preparación en el sitio web.
