I am being hustled so I feel it's time to speak up . . .

I am being chased . . .

Messages being pushed my way in spite of my resistance and silence indicating that I do not want what they are offering

It's incessant . . .

All designed to make me feel in someway inadequate so that, obviously, I need what they are trying to sell . . .

Everywhere I turn they are there, pushing, shoving, bullying!

Hey Folks!

Apologies but tonight's Easy Health 101 has been postponed to Tuesday 5th November at 7pm.

It will be recorded if you cannot make it, you just need to register so I have the email address to send the recording to.

I need a little more time to get the carpal tunnel under control (this has taken me all morning to type) so forgive the short notice, but I am a guide who walks her talk and when you need to sort something out get it sorted!

So it's a, hopefully, very brief time off with lots of warm oil and physio until I am fighting fit again and then we march off into EASY HEALTH!!!

Because everything else is marketing . . . honest 😘😘😘

Time won't give you time

You are already busy

The time you do have you wish to spend making fabulous memories

Fun with the kids
Treasured moments with your partner
Quality time with pets/friends/family

You would like to do more for you but . . . well, it's just that time thing, you know?

SO busy at work, or making your work work if you are an entrepreneur

Plus, you do as much as you can, spa visits here, retreats, there, hair and nail appointments

Just trying to get everything done in time . . .

Your life model has been sacrifice so that is what you turn to first
Weight goals wait until the new year resolutions or the summer holiday blitz
Morning routine is all about the others
Evening routine is falling into bed after preparing tomorrow for the others
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are what you can throw together and grab, wolfing it down to get to the next meeting/project/networking

You're doing well so you throw money at the skin, hair and clothing but you still have the blemishes, limp locks and lumps

And still time won't give you time
