Good morning!

Every Thursday at 19.00h we do Yin yoga at the Madreselva centre in Torrevieja. It's a small intimate space which is very inviting for a quiet, slow practice.

Booking is necessary due to the small space that we have available. If you're interested in joining us this evening just let me know as i only have a few spaces available.

Tomorrow (Friday the 9th) is a red letter day but the Qihai is OPEN for Yin yoga as usual ✅️

However, Saturday we're CLOSED ❎️

Classes are back to normal next week 😊

Yin yoga and a Dip is on this Wednesday at 8.00am!

We're back on the Loco's beach at 8.00am this Wednesday (7th of October) Most of us have agreed that mornings are better (For now!)

Hopefully the weather will be kind and will allow us to enjoy our morning of yoga, breath and movement 🧘‍♀️ We usually stay behind for a coffee afterwards and it's a lovely time and space to sit and enjoy the company of like minded people ☕️

The sea was 26° last week 😳 can you believe it? Let's enjoy it while we can as we all know that as we move towards the colder months the sea temperature will also drop!

A small energy exchange of 5 euros is most appreciated for this class 🌸

Hatha yoga at the Qihai tomorrow, Tuesday at 10.00am.

A class which works with breathing exercises, movement, focus, balance and strength 💪

Booking is recommended, however drop ins are very welcome too!

We're beside the Marquesa golf course, just upstairs and along from the chinese restaurant Maritaos Kitchen. Go past the Lawyer's office and turn right, we're the door on the right ↪️🧘‍♀️🙏

Madeleine reached out to me to book a private surprise yoga beach class for her and her friends from Sweden, at Pilar de La Horedada on her favourite beach and we were blessed with the most beautiful day!

If you're coming over to Alicante, Spain and you and your friends would like a private yoga class, be it on the beach or at the studio just let me know. I also host Sound Baths which can also be done on the beach, the studio or in the comfort of your own home.

Yin & a Dip is on Wednesday this week AND Wednesday next week!

Hope you'll be able to join me this Wednesday the 30th of September and next Wednesday the 7th of October down on the Loco's beach in Torrevieja at 8.00am 🕗 Sorry about the change of day and any inconvenience it's caused, the reason being for the change is that i have a private yoga class to teach down on the beach with another group of ladies on the Thursday, sorry!

Hopefully the beautiful weather will continue, allowing us to have some "Me" time to breathe, move, flow and dip in the warm pacific sea.

There's a small energy exchange of 5 euros.

Good morning and happy autumn! 🍂

Hope to see you all down on the beach this Thursday (Tomorrow) at 8.00am for some yoga and a dip 🌊 Unfortunately we missed it last week due to the storms 😢🌩

At least at this time of the year and time of the day the beach is quiet and the water is warm making it an enjoyable experience 😉

At some time in October i'll have to change the day and the time but more about that later.

It's the perfect way to kick start the day so set your alarm clock 🕗 and grab a towel because we're heading down to the beach for some vitamin sea!
