CGM (continious glucose monitoring) አጠቃቀም

CGMየስኳር ህመምተኞች የደም ስኳራቸውን በየጊዜው ለመከታተል የሚረዳ መሳሪያ ነው። ከጣት ላይ ደም ወስዶ ከሚለካው ባህላዊ የደም ስኳር መለኪያ በተለየ፣ CGM ከቆዳው ስር የሚገባ ትንሽ ዳሳሽ (sensor) በመጠቀም በየደቂቃው የደም ስኳር መጠንን ይለካል።

የ CGM ጥቅሞች:

1. ቀጣይነት ያለው ክትትል: CGM የደም ስኳር መጠንን በየጊዜው ስለሚለካ፣ በደም ስኳር ውስጥ የሚደረጉ ለውጦችን በቅጽበት መከታተል ይቻላል።

2. የደም ስኳር አዝማሚያዎችን ማወቅ: CGM የደም ስኳር መጠን እንዴት እንደሚጨምር ወይም እንደሚቀንስ የሚያሳይ ግራፍ ያሳያል፣ ይህም ለወደፊቱ የደም ስኳር መጠንን ለመተንበይ ይረዳል።

3. የማስጠንቀቂያ ስርዓት: CGM የደም ስኳር መጠን በጣም ከፍ ወይም ዝቅ ሲል የማስጠንቀቂያ ድምጽ ያሰማል፣ ይህም አደገኛ ሁኔታዎችን ለመከላከል ይረዳል።

4. የተሻለ የስኳር ቁጥጥር: CGM ተጠቃሚዎች የደም ስኳራቸውን በተሻለ ሁኔታ እንዲቆጣጠሩ ስለሚረዳ፣ የረጅም ጊዜ የስኳር ህመም ችግሮችን ለመቀነስ ይረዳል።

5. የጣት መውጋት መቀነስ: CGM የጣት መውጋትን ስለሚቀንስ፣ ህመም እና ምቾት ማጣትን ይቀንሳል።
