1️⃣ ደም መፍሰስ (Bleeding)

ምን ማለት ነው? ብዙ ወይም ተደጋጋሚ ደም መውጣት።
መደረግ የሚገባው:
➡ ወዲያውኑ ወደ ጤና መድረሻ ሂድ።
➡ መቆየት አደገኛ ነው፣ የእርግዝና መቋረጥ እና የደም መብዛት ያመጣል።

2️⃣ ከባድ ራስ ምታት እና እጥረት የተባበሰ እስትንፋስ (Severe headache & breathlessness)

ሽምብሪ ሐልቃ በ200 የቫይረስ በሽታዎች ሰውን ሊያሳልፍ ትችላለች።
እነዚህ ቫይረሶች ብዙዎቹ ከሰው ወደ ሰው ይተላለፋሉ እና አብዛኞሹም ሕይወት በጣም አደገኛ ናቸው። ሽምብሪ ሐልቃ የውሻ መናድ ቫይረስ፣ ኮሮና ቫይረስ፣ ማርበርግ (በአሁኑ ጊዜ በደቡብ ክልል የተገኘው)፣ ኢቦላ… ያሉ ትልቅ እና አስጊ የሆኑ ቫይረሶች ጨምሮ እስከ 200 ድረስ የሚያስተላለፍ ችሎታ አለዋት።

✅ ማርበርግ ቫይረስን እንዴት እንከላከላለን?

1️⃣ ከዱር እንስሳት ርቀት መጠበቅ

የቫይረሱ መሰረታዊ ምንጭ የሆኑ የፍራፍሬ ወፎች (fruit bats) እና ሌሎች ዱር እንስሳት ጋር መንካትን ያስወግዱ

የመንፈስ የተሳካ የማይታወቅ ዱር እንስሳ ማውጣት የተከለከለ ነው

2️⃣ የታመመ ሰው ቀለም ማንኛውም ነገር መንካት አይቻልም

የደም፣ የትንባህ፣ የደረት ፈሳሽና ተስማሚ ተግባር ማንኛውም እንኳን አደገኛ ነው

የታመᑰ ሰው እንክብል በማድረግ ጊዜ መጠበቂያ መሳሪያ (gloves, mask, gown) መጠቀም
