በሐዋሳ ኢንዱስትሪ ፓርክ ጤና ጣቢያ የአዲስ ዓመት አቀባበል ሥነ-ሥርዓት ተካሂዷል።
በሐዋሳ ኢንዱስትሪ ፓርክ ጤና ጣቢያ የአዲስ ዓመት አቀባበልና የበዓል ዋዜማ ፕሮግራም በደማቅ ሁኔታ ተከብሯል ። በመርሃ ግብሩ መክፈቻ ላይ የጤና ጣቢያው ዳይሬክተር አቶ ዮሐንስ ተስፋዬ የጤና ጣቢያውን የ 2018ዓ.ም ዋና ዋና ስኬቶች፣ በአገልግሎት አሰጣጡ ሂደት ያጋጠሙ ተግዳሮቶችን እና በቀጣይ ጊዜ (2019ዓ.ም) ለመተግበር የታቀዱ ዕቅዶችን በሰፊው ለተጋባዥ እንግዶች፣ ለጤና ጣቢያው ሠራተኞች፣ የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኩ የእሳት አደጋ ሠራተኞች እና ለሌሎች ተሳታፊዎች ካቀረቡ ቡሃላም በኣሉን ሥናከብር በመተሳሰብ እና የተቸገሩ ወገኖቻችንን በማሰብ ሊሆን እንደሚገባ አፅንዖት ሰተው ተናግረዋል።
በመቀጠልም ተሳታፊዎች የአዲሱን ዓመት ምኞታቸውንና መልካም ምኞቶቻቸውን በመጋራት የዓመቱን መምጣት በጋራ በደስታ አክብረዋል። ሥነ-ሥርዓቱም በጤና ጣቢያው ሠራተኞችና በተለያዩ አጋር አካላት መካከል ያለውን ትስስርና የትብብር መንፈስ ለማጠናከር ጥሩ አጋጣሚ ሆኖ በአስደሳች ሁኔታ ተጠናቋል።

New Year Welcoming & Holiday Eve Ceremony Held at Hawassa Industrial Park Health Center
A New Year welcoming ceremony was held at Hawassa Industrial Park Health Center in a warm and festive atmosphere. During the official opening remarks, the Health Center Director, Mr. Yohanis Tesfaye, presented a comprehensive overview of the health center’s major achievements, challenges of 2018e.c, and future plans to the invited guests, health center staff, Hawassa Industrial Park Fire Station workers, and other participants.
Following the opening remarks, participants shared their New Year wishes, messages, and reflections, creating an atmosphere of unity, appreciation, and renewed commitment to working together.

የጤና ግንዛቤ ማስጨበጫና PICT ዘመቻ!
በሀዋሳ ኢንዱስትሪያል ፓርክ (HIP) ዋና በር ላይ የጤና ግንዛቤ ማስጨበጫና PICT (Provider-Initiated HIV Testing and Counseling) ዘመቻ ተካሂዷል። የዘመቻው ዋና ዓላማ የኢንዱስትሪያል ፓርኩን ማህበረሰብ ስለ HIV/AIDS መከላከል፣ ምርመራና የሚገኙ የጤና አገልግሎቶች ግንዛቤ ማሳደግ ነበር።
በተጨማሪም፣ የጤና ጣቢያው የሥራ አመራር አባላትና የMCH (የእናቶችና ሕፃናት ጤና) ቡድን በጤና ጣቢያው የሚሰጡ የAYFH (የወጣቶችና ታዳጊዎች ተስማሚ የጤና አገልግሎቶች) ለተሳታፊዎች አስተዋውቀዋል። በተጨማሪም ጤና ጣቢያው በአሁኑ ወቅት ለኢንዱስትሪያል ፓርኩ ማህበረሰብ እየሰጠ ስላለው አጠቃላይ የጤና አገልግሎትና ተግባራትም ሰፊ ገለጻ ተደርጓል።
በአጠቃላይ፣ ይህ ተግባር የማህበረሰቡን የጤና ግንዛቤ ለማሳደግ፣ የHIV ምርመራን ለማበረታታት፣ ወጣቶችና ታዳጊዎች የሚገኙ የጤና አገልግሎቶችን እንዲጠቀሙ ለማበረታታት እና በHIP ማህበረሰብ መካከል የጤና አገልግሎት ተጠቃሚነትን ለማሳደግ አስተዋጽኦ አድርጓል።

Mass Awareness Creation and PICT Campaign!
A mass awareness creation and Provider-Initiated HIV Testing and Counseling (PICT) campaign was conducted yesterday at the main gate of Hawassa Industrial Park (HIP). The campaign aimed to increase awareness among the industrial park community about HIV prevention, testing, and available health services.
In addition to the awareness and PICT activities, members of the health center management and the Maternal and Child Health (MCH) team introduced the available Adolescent and Youth-Friendly Health (AYFH) services provided at the health center. Participants were also informed about the range of health services and other ongoing activities currently being provided by the health center to the industrial park community.

በቀን 06/12/2018 በሀ/ኢ/ፓ/ ጤና /አ/ ጣቢያ የወርሃዊ እቅድ አካል የሆነው የነፍሰ ጡር እናቶች ፎሬም ተካህዷል::
ለተገኙ እናቶች:-
➡️ተመጣጣኝ ምግብ እንዲመገቡ ፣ የብረትና ፎሊክ አሲድ እንክብሎችን እንዲወስዱ እና በቅ ዕረፍት እንዲያድርጉ ።
➡️አልኮል፣ ሲጋራ፣ ጫት እና ያለ ሐኪም ትእዛዝ መድኃኒት መውሰድን እንዲያስወግዱ።
➡️ሥለ ትዳር አጋር(partner test) አስፈላጊነት እንዲሁም ሥለ ሾተላይ ምንነትና መከላከያ
➡️ በጤና ተቋም ውስጥ እንዲወልዱ፤ ደም መፍሰስ፣ ከባድ ራስ ምታት ወይም የሕፃኑ እንቅስቃሴ መቀነስ ካለ ወዲያውኑ ወደ ጤና ተቋም እንዲሄዱ እና የመሳሰሉት ዙሪያ ግንዛቤ በማስጨበጥ የዕለቱ ፕሮገራም ተጠናቋል።

በጤና ጣቢያችን ከሲዳማ ክልል ጤና ቢሮ እና TIKO ጋር በመተባበር የTIKO ሞባይል መተግበሪያ (Application) ሥራ በይፋ ተጀምሯል። ይህ መተግበሪያ የተቀናጀ የጤና አገልግሎቶችን የሚያካትት ሲሆን፣ የቤተሰብ እቅድ (Family Planning)፣ በአገልግሎት ጊዜ የሚሰጥ የኤች.አይ.ቪ ምርመራና ምክር (PICT) እንዲሁም በተለይ በግቢው ውስጥ ለሚገኙ ወጣት ሴቶች የጾታዊ ጥቃት (Gender-Based Violence) የማጣራትና የማገናኘት አገልግሎቶችን ያካትታል።
የትግበራው የመጀመሪያ እርምጃ እንደመሆኑ፣ ከTIKO የመጡ ባለሙያዎች ለሼድ ነርሶች (Mobilizers) እና ለጤና ጣቢያችን አገልግሎት ሰጪዎች በመተግበሪያው አጠቃቀም፣ የደንበኛ ምዝገባ፣ የሪፈራል ሂደት እና የአገልግሎት አሰጣጥ ዙሪያ ስልጠና ሰጥተዋል።
ይህ ስልጠና ተሳታፊዎች መተግበሪያውን በብቃት በመጠቀም የተቀናጀ የጤና አገልግሎቶችን በጥራት እንዲያቀርቡ አስፈላጊውን እውቀትና ክህሎት አስጨብጧቸዋል።

Our health Center, in collaboration with the Sidama Regional Health Bureau and TIKO, has launched the TIKO mobile application platform to improve access to integrated health services within the compound. The platform includes services such as family planning, Provider-Initiated HIV Testing and Counseling (PICT), and screening for gender-based violence (GBV), with a particular focus on young women.
As the first step of the implementation, a team from TIKO conducted a comprehensive training session for mobilizers (Shade Nurses) and health center service providers. The training focused on the functionality of the TIKO mobile application, client registration procedures, service referral processes, and effective utilization of the platform to ensure quality service delivery.
The training equipped participants with the knowledge and practical skills needed to effectively use the application and support the successful implementation of integrated health services through the TIKO platform

ጊዜው የወቅታዊ የወባ ስርጭት ወቅት በመሆኑ፣ በጤና ጣቢያችን የህብረተሰብ ጤና አደጋ አስተዳደር (PHEM) ቡድን በሀዋሳ ኢንዱስትሪ ፓርክ ግቢ ውስጥ በተመረጡ የወባ ትንኞች መራቢያ ስፍራዎች ላይ የአባቴ (Abate) ኬሚካል ርጭት አካሂዷል። ይህ ተግባር የትንኝ እጮችን በመቆጣጠር የትንኞችን መራባት ለመቀነስ እና የወባ ስርጭትን ለመከላከል የተከናወነ ሲሆን፣ በከፍተኛ የወባ ስርጭት ወቅት የጤና ጣቢያችን የወባ መከላከልና ቁጥጥር ሥራዎች አንዱ አካል ነው።

As this is the seasonal malaria transmission period, the Public Health Emergency Management (PHEM) team at our health center conducted Abate chemical application at selected mosquito breeding sites within the Hawassa Industrial Park compound. The activity aimed to control mosquito larvae, reduce vector breeding, and prevent malaria transmission among workers and the surrounding community. The intervention is part of the health center's ongoing malaria prevention and control efforts during the high-transmission season.

በጤና ጣቢያችን ወርሃዊ የነብሰ ጡር እናቶች (ANC) መድረክ ተካሄደ
በጤና ጣቢያችን ወርሃዊ የነብሰ ጡር እናቶች (ANC) መድረክ በታቀደው መርሃ ግብር መሰረት ተካሂዷል። በመድረኩ ወቅት ለነብሰ ጡር እናቶች በእርግዝና ወቅት ተገቢ የአመጋገብ ሥርዓት (Nutrition during Pregnancy) እና በእርግዝና ወቅት የሥነ-ልቦናና ማህበራዊ ድጋፍ (Psychosocial Support) አስፈላጊነት ላይ ሰፊ የጤና ትምህርት ተሰጥቷል።
በመድረኩ ላይ ተሳታፊ ነብስ ጡር እናቶች የተለያዩ ጥያቄዎችን በማቅረብ ንቁ ተሳትፎ አድርገዋል። ላቀረቡት ጥያቄዎችም በጤና ባለሙያዎች በቂና ተገቢ ምላሽ በመስጠት ግንዛቤያቸውን ለማሳደግ ተችሏል።
መድረኩ በተሳታፊዎች ንቁ ተሳትፎ እና በጤና ባለሙያዎች አስተማሪ ማብራሪያ በተሳካ ሁኔታ ተጠናቋል።

Monthly ANC Forum Conducted at Our Health Center
The monthly Antenatal Care (ANC) forum was conducted as scheduled at our health center. During the session, comprehensive health education was provided to pregnant mothers on the importance of proper nutrition during pregnancy and psychosocial support throughout pregnancy.
The forum was highly interactive, with many participants raising questions and sharing their concerns regarding pregnancy-related issues. Health professionals responded to all questions with appropriate information and guidance, helping to improve the participants' knowledge and confidence in maintaining a healthy pregnancy.
The session concluded successfully with active participation from the pregnant mothers and a strong commitment to continue promoting maternal and child health through regular ANC forums.

በጤና ጣቢያችን የ2018 ዓ.ም. ዓመታዊ የአፈጻጸምና የውጤት ሪፖርት ግምገማ እንዲሁም የ2019 ዓ.ም. ዓመታዊ የሥራ ዕቅድ መተዋወቂያ መርሃ ግብር ተካሂዷል።
በመርሃ ግብሩ ወቅት ያለፈው ዓመት የተከናወኑ ሥራዎች፣ የተገኙ ውጤቶች እና የታዩ ክፍተቶች በስፋት ተገምግመው ውይይት ተካሂዶባቸዋል። የተለያዩ ገንቢ አስተያየቶችና የማሻሻያ አቅጣጫዎችም ተሰጥተዋል።
በተጨማሪም የ2019 ዓ.ም. ዓመታዊ የሥራ ዕቅድ ለተሳታፊዎች ቀርቦ በዕቅዱ ውስጥ በተካተቱ ዋና ዋና ተግባራት፣ የአፈጻጸም ስልቶችና ቅድሚያ የሚሰጣቸው ጉዳዮች ላይ ሰፊ ውይይት ተደርጓል። ዕቅዱን በተሳካ ሁኔታ ለማስፈጸምና የጤና አገልግሎትን የበለጠ ለማሻሻል የሚያግዙ ጠቃሚ ሀሳቦችና ምክረ ሀሳቦች ቀርበዋል።

"2018 Performance Review, Achievement Report, and 2019 Annual Activity Plan Introduction"
Our health center conducted a review meeting on the 2018 Annual Performance and Achievement Report together with the introduction of the 2019 Annual Activity Plan. During the meeting, participants reviewed and discussed the achievements and challenges of the past year. Constructive discussions were held on areas that require improvement, and valuable feedback was provided to strengthen future performance.
The newly introduced 2019 Annual Activity Plan was also presented in detail. Participants actively discussed the planned activities, implementation strategies, and priorities for the coming year. Various suggestions and recommendations were raised to ensure the successful implementation of the annual plan and to further improve the quality of health services provided by the health center.
