I wonder where is this constant need for expression coming from? What drives us, how much do we miss out on in those minutes, hours we spent scrolling through Instagram feeds.
I love images, people, beautiful places, getting inspirited and that is why I love it here but too often I can’t control myself and my finger presses the IG icon way more than I would like it to. I start feeling tired yet I want to discover more and keep checking and liking, so…
It is time for an experiment. How will I feel after a month away, a month not knowing, a month not seeing, a month not sharing. No on my phone 😱

We are what we eat. Regardless of the hectic schedule and million other “more important” things we can’t forget about this basic wellness rule!
It is hard when we are busy but our body deserves it, it keeps up with us most of the time 💛 If you want to keep going, you got to look after it. Ambition or good intentions won’t be enough in the long term.
If you are in and need a helping hand you can ask super talented to cook for you. Her food is fun, delicious and looks amazing 😋

The best mindfulness coach ever... always playful, always in the moment, not scared to express his feels, honest and wild 💫
Kids help us connect with our inner child, often buried deep below layers of conditioning, shame, fear and false self-image. Never the less the NEED for joy, connection, love & belonging is always there.
The better we look after our INNER CHILD the happier we feel. Connecting with that vulnerable place can be scary but always worth it! 💛⚡️

No doubt sleep is one of the pillars of our wellbeing, nothing compares to a good night’s sleep.
Before you look into meditation, more exercise, better diet or supplements or medications look at your sleeping habits first.
Do you sleep enough?
What is the quality of your sleep?
How do you feel in your bedroom?
How does the idea of sleeping 7-8h per night make you feel?
If you give up too much sleep for work, social life, netflix or even your hobbies, no diet or meditation routine in the world will help improve your sense of happiness and wellbeing!
