I’m pleased to be offering two new meditation sessions at HeartSong - both designed for complete beginners, or anyone looking for a calm, supportive space to slow down, reconnect, and feel more at ease.
🌿 Morning Meditation & Relaxation (Group Sessions)
Weekly drop-in sessions in a warm, welcoming shared space.
These sessions are for anyone who would like to relax, slow down, and explore meditation in a gentle and accessible way. No experience is needed.
Many people feel they “can’t meditate” because their mind is too busy. These sessions gently support you in working with the mind, rather than trying to stop it.
🌿 Sessions include:
• Gentle grounding to arrive and settle
• Guided body scan relaxation
• Simple mindfulness and breathing practices
• Loving-kindness and self-compassion meditation
🩵 Tuesday & Sunday mornings
🕤 9:30 - 10:15 ☕ followed by tea & coffee
You are welcome to attend occasionally or regularly - there is no commitment.
🌸 Learn to Meditate (1:1 Personalised Course)
A gentle three-session introduction for complete beginners or anyone wanting to build confidence and simplicity in their practice.
Over three relaxed 60-minute sessions, you’ll be gently guided through:
• Mindfulness of breathing
• Guided body scan relaxation
• Loving-kindness and self-compassion meditation
Each session is tailored to you, with time to ask questions and explore what feels most helpful.

🕰️ Ideally over three weeks - flexible scheduling
This is a calm, supportive space - there is no right or wrong way to meditate, and no experience is needed.
About Me 🩵
I have over 20 years’ experience supporting people in therapeutic, retreat, and community group settings. My work is rooted in mindfulness and compassion, and in creating gentle spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and experience a sense of ease and belonging.
I hold an MA in Group and Intercultural Psychotherapy and a BMus in Music from Goldsmiths, University of London. I am a Usui Reiki Master-Teacher, and I have trained in meditation teaching, yoga nidra, qigong, Yin Yoga, and sound therapy.
Alongside my professional work, I maintain a daily personal practice that includes meditation, reiki, yoga, mantra, and Buddhist mindfulness and loving-kindness practices. These continue to shape how I hold space for others.
What matters most to me is offering spaces that feel safe, welcoming, and supportive - where people can simply arrive as they are, without pressure or expectation.
