big days in the mountains demand big energy — and that looks different every single day depending on what's in the fridge, what fits in the pack and honestly, what sounds good.
that's the whole point. nutrition that works for your actual life, not a perfect version of it.

save this for the next time someone makes trail nutrition sound complicated

this one is a letter to every woman I've ever shared a trail with.
the ones who silently pushed me and inspire me every single day. the ones who show up in all conditions, any weather, with the biggest smiles. 🩵
my gratitude for you is endless.
and this is also for the woman who may be afraid to get out on a trail.
the one who thinks she's not fast enough, not fit enough, not ready enough.
you are enough. exactly as you are, right now.
trails will give you some of the best days of your life — the views, the challenges, the incredible women you'll meet along the way.
the mountains are waiting. and so are we. 🤗

Happy Women's trail running day 🩵⛰️

There’s a lot of noise in the nutrition space.
More rules. More restriction. More pressure to be “perfect.”

But honestly? Most people don’t need stricter plans or more discipline.
They need support.
They need realistic habits.
They need to learn how to eat, move, and take care of themselves in a way that actually fits their life.

That’s the approach I take with coaching.
No extremes. No guilt. No all-or-nothing mindset.
Just building habits that help you feel stronger, more energised, and able to keep doing the things you love for years to come 🩵

climbing, running, & enjoying the backyard 🏔️🤗

this is why I train, eat well & live the way I do — so weekends like this are just normal life.

if you want to feel this way too, you know where to find me.

running, travelling, and working for 9 days straight, food wasn’t always going to look perfect — but it played a huge role in keeping my energy up through long active days.

health isn’t just aesthetics or what looks good on instagram.
and honestly, neither is fueling well.
it looked like regular meals, snacks, desserts, coffees, convenience, balance, and enough food to support everything I was asking my body to do.

I think a lot of women underestimate how much energy active lifestyles actually require — especially when travel, movement, work, and adventure are all layered together.
fueling well doesn’t need to look aesthetic or rigid.
it just needs to support your life.

this trip was a good reminder of how much better everything feels when you actually eat enough.

running through the Pyrenees and Madeira with 🩵
Big days, tired legs, incredible views, and even better people.
Grateful for moments like this — and already know this one will stay with me for a long time.
More to come… but for now, just soaking it all in.

Lift snacks don’t need to be fancy — they just need to work.
On mountain days, your body is:
• moving for hours
• exposed to cold
• burning through energy fast
That’s why I keep my snacks simple and balanced.
A helpful rule I use (and teach): Carbs for energy, fat for endurance, protein for recovery.
Skipping one usually means less energy, earlier fatigue, or slower recovery.

You don’t need perfection — you need something you’ll actually eat on the lift.

Save this for your next mountain day 🏔️ And if you want help fueling your adventures without stress or restriction — that’s exactly what I coach.
