stop comparing yourself to others. it will give you nothing but frustration. when it comes to comparison, i feel like it’s a way for the mind to identify itself to something that you’d like to get. the problem is that when we compare ourselves to others, we tend to forget that their success (in whatever area of their lives) didn’t came overnight and what we don’t see is the process that led them here. what’s interesting to do tho, is to visualize where you’d like to be in your life in 6 months from now, 1 year, 10 years… and to invest your energy in that direction. so instead of comparing yourself with someone else, you’re walking towards your future self, which you already are 🤍

Join me June 9th at for a very special workshop, Maha Sadhana the complete Dharma Yoga practice. I’m always so happy and honored to share my teacher knowledge, especially in France where the Dharma Yoga method is not so well known.

This 2.5hours class will be the opportunity to go in depth in the practice and for you to learn new posture variations and techniques: a long asana session, pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra. Even if the asana part can be physically challenging, progressions will be offered to suit all levels.
