❈ I'm a psychotherapist and coach, supporting people to nurture and express their true selves in their lives and relationships. I also do in-person, depth psychotherapy work with clients in private practice

(in Dublin, Ireland). In my own life and in my work with clients, I have learned time and again that through healing our relationship with our Self, listening to our gut, and building solid self-care foundations, we can relate more authentically to others and express our true potential in our life and work. Living a life of joy, ease and integrity is possible for us all, but I know that it can take a lot of courage, commitment and compassion to nurture and express your true self. I’m here to support you in creating the foundations to flourish and to live a life that truly reflects who you are. In doing so I align myself with my own true passion and values. Last week, when channelling an energy reading for the Sanctuary members, Merlin stepped forward with a message so clear and forthright I knew I wanted to share it with more women.

I speak to women daily who hold such incredible wisdom, insights, visions and solutions for a better world.

I just got braces and have a very lispy lisp... right when I’m about to launch a new online offering about freeing up your expression!

I could berate myself for not seeing this coming, or talk myself into launching later.

But it’s all divinely timed, and the perfect initiation into next-level embodiment of what I teach.

The lingual braces are invisible to the outside world, just like my autistic mystic nature has been hidden most of my life, too.

It’s been hard to adapt to, but this time I’m not pretending to glide like a swan, while peddling furiously behind the scenes.

~ I’ve been slowing down eating and speaking, releasing sore muscles, and recovering sleep. I’ve said it to friends and clients, and asked for patience while I adapt. And I’ve spent some healing time hanging out with my teenage self.

It’s shown me how I’m no longer willing to hold back, collapse, silence or sabotage myself, while seething with frustration about suppressing my gifts and potential.

I can have an audible lisp, or be navigating more serious challenges and losses, while still running my client practice, staying committed to my purpose, and confidently launch a new online offering 🤍🌹

There will always be barriers to your expression, but you don’t have to stay stuck in freeze or frustration:

You can transmute these into free expression; and impact others while honouring your truth.

- Without gaslighting or bullying yourself into it.

- Not in a quick-fix healing, but through sustainable integration:

It’s no surprise you feel your wisdom isn’t welcome, or others don’t value what you have to share, if you’re not fully hearing yourself.

Come gather in the woods with the wise women, and sew seeds of magic for the new year.

We have convened in forests across many lifetimes, often because we were forced to, now because we choose to.

Because it feels like home.

I will be holding a sacred circle in a native woodland in North Wicklow, amidst the ferns and moss and trees, assisted by our guides and nature allies.

A time for us to be in sacred ceremony and ritual together, as we enter the fertile void of Samhain.

★

Together we will release false ideas and identities for composting, attune to our true desires, and witness each other’s gifts and medicine.

We’ll weave incantations and plant dream-seeds for the new world that wants to take form, through each of us and for us all.

And there will be time for cackles and chants and who knows perhaps even dance together.
