Patientfy

Patientfy We help dental and medical providers grow with a website platform designed for patients and built to Patientfy launched in August 2013.

Backstory

We have experienced first-hand the difficulty of traditional healthcare websites, their lack of security, and how complex it is to schedule a healthcare provider. Digital technology has moved rapidly, leaving healthcare practices behind. It seemed clear that there should be a website service focused on improving the digital healthcare experience while being secure.

LegitScript Certification: The 2026 Guide for Healthcare Clinics

The FDA sent 55 warning letters to telehealth companies this year over GLP‑1 marketing.

Google and Meta are enforcing right behind them, and most clinic owners find out when their first ad gets disapproved.

→ 25 million Americans projected on GLP‑1s by 2030 (J.P. Morgan)
→ LegitScript certification: $975 to apply, $2,150 a year, roughly 4 to 8 weeks
→ Google bans for workarounds follow your payment profile, not just your ad account
→ Peptides like BPC‑157 stay out of ads even after the FDA’s 2026 compounding reversal

Certification is not marketing paperwork. It is the checklist of whether your clinic is built correctly as a healthcare business, and it decides who gets to advertise in the fastest growing categories in medicine.

We wrote the complete guide for clinic owners: what it costs, who needs it, what Google and Meta each require, and how to build an ad presence that lasts.

You spent months on your website. The colors, the fonts, the branding. So why isn’t it bringing in patients?

Because most websites are built around what the practice likes, not what the patient needs. Custom or templated, it doesn’t matter if the patient was never the mission.

We build differently. Every page, every word, every click is designed around the person booking the appointment.

Your website should work as hard as you do.

Your practice data is not your agency’s. Not your software vendor’s. It’s yours. From Bryan’s session at AGD2026: the practices that win long term are the ones that find their data, make it visible, and treat it like the asset it is. That’s your moat.

Longevity medicine is a ~$30 billion market inside a $6.3 trillion wellness economy. And your next patient is deciding who to trust inside an AI answer, weeks before they call.

→ 32% of consumers now use AI chatbots for health questions, double last year (Rock Health)
→ 40M+ health questions hit ChatGPT every day (OpenAI)
→ 68% of Google searches end without a click (SparkToro)
→ 1 in 8 adults is on a GLP-1, the front door to hormone and healthspan care (KFF)

The clinical work is only half the business. The other half is being the credible, cited answer when a patient asks the machine to compare clinics in your city.

We mapped the market, the growth, and the shift across all 8 longevity specialties.

Google just made your Instagram a search result. Almost no practice noticed.

In July, Search Console started reporting how your Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube content performs inside Google Search and Discover. No website required. Read that backwards. For Google to report it, Google is already surfacing it.

Your Reel is now a search asset. And most practices have an empty grid.

That is not a discipline problem. It is a math problem. The one person whose face and voice carry the trust is the one person with no time to film. Content dies every week at the same question. Who is filming this?

Here is what makes this shift different for healthcare.

→ Provider led video is the strongest trust signal healthcare content can carry, because Google holds medical content to a higher bar and expertise on camera is nearly impossible to fake.
→ Google Discover puts your content in front of patients who were not even searching yet, which means reaching demand before it becomes a query.
→ The new performance report tells you exactly which patient questions are finding you, so your next video is a brief, not a guess.

The part most practices get wrong is the workaround. Stock footage has no authority. An agency posting generic content is a stranger's voice wearing your logo. Batch filming the doctor works once and collapses the first busy month. Even the best programs on the market still end with the same sentence: and you just film two to four hours a week, forever.

That is not solving the bottleneck. That is rationing the provider.

Authenticity or volume. Every practice was forced to pick one, because the provider's time was the ceiling. Remove the ceiling and you stop choosing.

Strong marketing automation is the foundation of an agentic practice. Once your systems are generating reliable data and consistent results, you can expand intelligent automation into financing, insurance, HR, and beyond.

One agent is a tool. A team of agents is a marketing department.

That was the heart of Bryan Hwang’s Learning Lab at AGD 2026. Individual AI agents are powerful, but when they work together, each owning a piece of your marketing and sharing what they learn, you get the output of a full team. Always on, always improving.

We’ve never been able to say that before. Now we can. That’s the agentic practice.

Most dental marketing only runs when someone is actively running it.
The dashboard waits for you to log in. The agency works your account in bursts, then moves to the next client.

That's the hidden flaw both options share, and it's why marketing feels like it keeps restarting:

→ DIY tools: the work happens only when you sit down to do it
→ An agency: a few hours a month, then your account goes quiet
→ Either way, momentum leaks out the moment attention moves on

Agentic marketing is a third model. A team of AI agents, each a specialist (brand, website, every ad channel, search and
authority), running its surface every day and never clocking out.

The reframe: an agency sells you hours, and hours end when the invoice does. Agents accrue you an asset that only gets
stronger the longer it runs.

What agentic marketing is, and why it compounds for dental practices of every specialty:

The advice aimed at independent dentists lately: "the market's too hard, sell to a group."

The pain is real. The conclusion isn't.

Almost every dental marketing problem is a systems problem, not an ownership one:

→ 47% of inbound calls convert to a booked appointment (you're paying for the other half)
→ 23% of online leads never get any response at all
→ 45% of patients now ask AI for a local rec, up from 6% a year ago
→ The average practice keeps 57% of patients. Top performers keep 99%.

None of those are fixed by changing who owns your practice. They're fixed by systems: tracking, instant response, visibility, retention, consistency.

A group runs those systems in exchange for your equity. Agents run the same ones while you keep your name on the door.

We broke down all 7 marketing pain points, and the fix for each, here 👉 patientfy.ai/blog/dental-marketing-pain-points-2026

The med spa industry just passed $17 billion.

So why are so many practices invisible to the patients searching for exactly what they offer?

Because "getting found" changed. Aesthetic patients no longer just Google you. They decide across four surfaces at once:

→ Search and the map pack
→ Reviews (68% won't even consider a business under 4 stars)
→ Visual social (they shop with their eyes: before-and-afters)
→ AI answers (45% now ask AI for a local rec, up from just 6% a year ago)

Ranking one page on Google covers maybe a quarter of that. The practices pulling ahead are the recommended name on all four, and they keep it that way continuously.

We put the data and a 30/60/90 plan into one guide on how med spas actually get found in 2026.
