🤖 AI is proving its value. So why are so many companies struggling to scale it?
A new study reported by Reuters highlights a growing gap between AI potential and AI ex*****on.

Nearly three-quarters of organizations that have implemented AI report measurable business impact, including effects on revenue or results. Yet only 13% have scaled their AI initiatives fully in line with their original business case.

The research surveyed 1,050 C-suite executives and senior leaders across 13 countries in Europe, the United States and China, offering a broad view of where businesses currently stand in their AI journey.

And the challenge is not simply choosing the right technology.
Organizations report that complex regulatory frameworks and legacy systems are among the biggest barriers to scaling AI. At the same time, trusted and high-quality data, governance, data accessibility and connected systems are becoming critical foundations for successful implementation.

This points to an important shift for business leaders:
AI adoption is becoming less of a technology challenge and more of an organizational challenge.

The real question is no longer just “Where can we use AI?” but:
“How do we turn successful AI initiatives into measurable, sustainable business value at scale?”

Are companies investing in AI faster than they are preparing to manage it?

Pillar Two is evolving. Here’s what businesses need to know. 🌍

On September 11, 2026, the OECD released a new package to support more consistent implementation of the Global Minimum Tax.
Among the developments: a framework for legislative reviews, an updated GloBE Information Return (GIR) and new Administrative Guidance.

These changes can affect how multinational businesses approach tax analysis, data, reporting and cross-border coordination.

Need support navigating the changes?

Pillar Two is not standing still. 🌍

The Global Minimum Tax is already changing the way multinational businesses need to think about tax, data, reporting and coordination across jurisdictions.

On September 11, the OECD published a new package with further developments to support more consistent implementation of the rules, including updates to the GloBE Information Return and new Administrative Guidance.

But what actually changed?

Tomorrow, we’ll break down the latest developments and what they could mean for businesses.

👉 Stay tuned for our next post.

A new school year can begin with a simple gesture of support. 💙

In late August, our member McKenzie and Partners - JPA International participated in a local initiative supporting children at the Narkhan childcare centre in Mongolia.

Together with Nexia Global Mongolia Audit and OTTO Shop, the initiative provided school uniforms and gifts to help the children start the new school year.

We’re proud to highlight our member not only for the professional expertise it brings to businesses in Mongolia, but also for its involvement in the local community.
