Pilates & Soundbath at the lovely Forsyth Hall 💕

I am teaming up with Jenni from Down2earth Reiki for a lovely Sunday night Pilates and Soundbath combo 😍

We will begin with a gentle Pilates class combined traditional Pilates moves and gentle mobilisations and stretches. Followed by a lovely relaxing soundbath with Jenni. All in the beautiful annexe at Forsyth hall.

The full moon got me soundbathing 🌕✨

It was lovely to be back at Forsyth Hall for our community soundbath on Friday.

Welcoming back some familiar faces and some new.

Then I was back out this afternoon to this stunning location where I hosted a floating soundbath for a group of ladies at their private pool.

After taking some extra time for me the Universe sure has delivered to get me back into the swing of things 🙏

Chance Inn Lodge Balmedie 🍃

By chance I got a last minute request today for a soundbath in this lovely location for a family who are visiting the area.

The views were amazing!

I could see sheep to one side and cows to the other.

We had wind, rain and glorious sunshine.

Oh and a rainbow over the sea as I was driving home 🌈

✨ Time to play again ✨

LEARNING

I’m not usually one for certificates but this one feels a lot more than just a piece of paper.

I’ve always felt like I learn differently.

Very much more of a practical hands on person, struggling to fit into timescales and expectations liking to take things at my own pace.

Probably leaning towards the right side of my brain. A strong imagination, can see the bigger picture but those little black and white details quite often go under the radar. Give me pages of text and I switch off.

Give me Susie’s cabin (SusieSparkles Clouston) some hands on learning and other people to listen and learn from then I seem to get it.

Don’t get me wrong. I do like to know the history and roots of things. I like to do my own research.

I like to learn from people who get this. Get me.

Susie is one of that teachers who has always encouraged me to be me.

From Reiki one where I turned up deep in the midst of post natal depression, feeling lost and unsure of why I was even there.

To last weekend where I completed the 4th level of my training and although the certificates have been gained I understand that this is a journey for life.

I showed up knowing that I was enough, that I belonged there and it felt like home.

Last weekend was one to remember and it was made even better by sharing it with these lovely ladies.

There really is magic in the air with this one as we mark Beltane and the full moon in Scorpio.

This session offers a calm and welcoming space to slow down, reset and realign through sound and stillness.

Myself and Caroline from CW Personal Training & Massage Therapy are so excited to bring you a morning of uplifting and energising Pilates followed by a relaxing soothing soundbath.

We actually worked together in hospitality many moons ago, and now we’re blending our two worlds to create something a little special for our community.

Caroline will start the morning with a Pilates session that’s suitable for everyone — whether you’re brand new or experienced.

Then I’ll guide you through a soothing soundbath, giving you the chance to unwind and melt into the moment.

Afterwards, we’ll enjoy an optional tea and a chance to mingle and connect.

🌸 Full Moon Soundbath 🌸

The next soundbath at Forsyth hall just so happens to fall on a full moon 🌕

This moon is known as the flower moon, as nature begins to bloom so can we.

This session will begin with a full moon meditation supporting us to connect, release and realign with the natural rhythm of the earth and the cosmos.

Followed by a soothing soundbath and as always some oracle cards for you to connect with afterwards if you wish.
