I've been using my Facebook Group until now - Abergavenny Mind Body Spirit, but it is about time I get things sorted. Facebook is such a pain though, as it often is so illogical in how it works. And then there is the awful algorithm on Pages. Which is why I have avoided using this Page until now, but needs be. :)
