Notice any niggles in your back whilst out enjoying the fine weather?

Catch it when it’s a flame and not a fire. Come and see me for relief. Or if you’ve not been in a while, don’t wait for there to be a problem. Maintenance at least every 6 months is recommended. I’ve a few clients recently that have ignored the niggles and had to come for a full on fire. Generally they need more treatments than if they had just come for some maintenance.

I had a lovely client this week with pelvic alignment that was off causing lower back pain.
She felt much better after the session as she did the previous session.
She made an interesting observation that after her previous session she felt good straight away, then felt a bit worse for 2 days and then on day 3 she felt really good.
This is a really common experience, that really the benefits are felt 2-3 days after the treatment.

Are you wondering what has happened to the Soundbaths? You are not the only one.

Unfortunately the Logie Coldstone hall had a power surge and a lot of electronics including the heating were damaged. The heating is taking longer to repair than anticipated and until it is repaired I cannot use it as a venue.

However if you are missing it…. Please book in with me at the studio for a cozy Soundbath with a friend. I hope to see you soon and I really hope to get back to the hall soon.

That’s a wrap for 2025!

Thank you to all my clients this year for your support. It’s always a joy for me to see the positive changes in you during your sessions with Bluebell Sounds and Therapies.

This year was big for me qualifying as a full Emmett practitioner. It’s an amazing muscle and pain release technique that I find really augments the realignment from Kinetic Chain Release. It also has Lymphatic Drainage procedures and fascia release.

I am so looking forward to learning more and more, to be able to help you all even more in 2026. Plus I have the next block of Sound Baths to look forward to in February 2026.

Another lovely new client this week! About three quarters of the way through she declared that she had never gone to a treatment before and actually felt better before she left.
