🚨 Don't ignore ear pain. 🚨
This customer woke up with severe ear pain that was spreading down the side of their face. They were understandably reluctant to see their GP and hoped it would settle on its own.
After taking a look with the otoscope, it was clear this wasn't something that could be treated with ear wax removal. The ear canal was very red, swollen and inflamed, and they were advised to contact their GP the same day for medical assessment and treatment.
